On Sunday at approximately 8 a.m., deputies received an anonymous tip stating fugitive Brandon Frady could be found at a residence near the 2600 block of Banks Road. On Thursday afternoon at about 3:20 pm, patrol deputies and detectives responded to an address on Signal Mill Lane on Signal Mountain for a reported child rape.
