Three People Shot in House on State Line Road

East Ridge police are investigating a Thursday evening shooting in which three people were shot at a home on State Line Road.

According to ERPD Chief Stan Allen, three people suffered non-life threatening wounds at a home in the 5300 block of State Line Road at about 7:30 p.m.

According to WRCB TV, one of the victims went to a home on 6th Avenue in East Lake where he reported to authorities that he had been shot in East Ridge.

“We have three victims and there were several people in the house,” Chief Allen said in an e-mail to East Ridge News Online. “Detectives are still working on sorting out what happened.”

Officials said all three victims are at Erlanger Medical Center
