Sept. 2 Day Shift
1416 St. Thomas Street (criminal trespass):
Derrick Roberson was criminally trespassed, at the request of staff, from this location after he was found acting erratic.
6674 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Laurence Beaver was taken into custody for theft, after video showed Mr. Beaver climbing on top of the hotel counter and stealing money from the cash register. While being searched police located six grams of methamphetamine on his person.
1441 N. Smith Street (arrest):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a disorder after management stated the occupants in room 225 were refusing to check out and refusing to pay for another night to stay in the room. Police made contact with the occupants, Stephanie Wilson and Nathan Hudson. Hudson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and criminal impersonation.
4320 Bennett Road
Police responded to the East Ridge High School in reference to an alleged assault against a seventeen year old female by her adult guardian. The female, who was a victim of sexual assault last month, claimed she was assaulted last night by her guardian who is the mother of the juvenile suspect who sexually assaulted her. The victim stated the guardian assaulted her after she made new sexual assault claims against her child. CPS responded, and the teen was removed from the home and sent to stay with relatives in Sequatchie County.
1410 N. Mack Smith Road (arrest):
Mel Bryant was arrested in Red Bank for violations of conditions of release following his arrest yesterday at the Budgetel. Bryant began texting the mother of his children after making bond earlier today. One text featured Bryant holding a firearm and claiming he would not be stopped by police.

5517 Ringgold Rd (Public Intoxication 20-011679):
While preforming a business check at this address police arrested Shauna Daugherty for being intoxicated on illegal narcotics.
950 Spring Creek Rd (Theft 20-011604):
The complainant called police after she observed her rear bumper and tag were stolen off of her 2020 Kia Rio. TN tag 9M91H0 was entered into NCIC under.
6814 Martha Ave (Warrant Service):
Richard Saint was arrested on two East Ridge warrants, False reports and theft over 2500 at his residence.
908 Harris Ln (Auto Theft 20-011608):
Reporting party stated their Nissan was stolen from this address. Suspect information is on the report.
3100 Ringgold Rd (Truck Stuck 20-011613:)
Tractor trailer stuck in the tunnel east bound.
913 State Line Rd (Auto Theft 20-011612):
Reporting party stated someone took her vehicle and spare key while she was sleeping. She stated she was very intoxicated and may have given them permission to use the vehicle. She is going to wait on filing it stolen for the time being.
1125 McBrien Rd (Stabbing 20-011615):
Police responded to Parkridge East and 1125 McBrien Rd on report of a stabbing. Miguel Tomas was stabbed multiple times in the driveway of his residence on McBrien. He was driven in a personal vehicle to Parkridge East and then transferred to Erlanger. CID was notified and responded. Police do have suspect information.
1305 Boyd St. (Noise Complaint 20-01161):
RP stated there was loud music coming from this address and requested police speak to the residents. Parties agreed to turn down the music.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Traffic Stop 20-011621):
Samuel Goines was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving while license revoked following a traffic stop at this location.
4307 Worsham Ave (Assist fire):
Police assisted East Ridge Fire Dept. at this address with heavy smoke coming from the residence. No active flames observed.
