The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Sept. 22 Day Shift
4000 block Greenslake Road (suspicious person):
A caller reported seeing a white male in colorful clothing and wearing a pink tutu sitting behind the store. A witness stated the man left in a van just prior to police arrival.
6401 Ringgold Road (theft):
Amanda Bruce, the manager at McDonald’s, filed a report about a restaurant employee stealing $260 cash from the store’s register.
6725 Ringgold Road (trespassing):
An employee of Family Dollar called concerning homeless people suspected of setting up a camp in the grassy area on the property. Police made contact with a man who was instructed to leave the property per the store.

Night Shift
3657 Ringgold Rd (Overodose 20-012662):
Police responded to the Cascades on report of an unconscious male who had overdosed. Officers arrived and found Zachariah Clark being assisted to stand in the shower by Vanessa Whitmoyer. Whitmoyer refused to leave the bathroom and had to be physically removed so officers and fire personnel could assist Clark. Whitmoyer continued interfering with fire and police efforts to render aid to Clark once he was seated outside the bathroom. Whitmoyer had to be detained and removed from the room to secure the overdose scene. Once Fire personnel could assess Clark it was learned he had administered a Roxiecodone to himself he believed to be laced with Fentanyl. Clark was found to have active warrants through Marion County. He was transported to the hospital. Prior to transport to the hospital Clark produced a Roxiecodone potentially laced with Fentanyl from his pocket. Whitmoyer was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for Disorderly Conduct. Clark was taken into custody at the Hospital after being medically cleared for possession of the narcotics.
1410 Mack Smith (Mental Health 20-012663):
Parkridge East requested police assist EMS with a mental health transport to Erlanger East. The patient, who was on CON, complied and was transported without incident by Amerimed.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-012665):
Officers responded to a verbal disorder between a pharmacy technician and a customer over medicine pricing. Criminal trespass warning issued to Patsy Dube at the request of Walgreen’s management.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Misdemeanor Citation 20-012669):
Terry Stanley was issued multiple citations and a misdemeanor citation for driving while revoked during a traffic stop at this location.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 20-012670):
Jennifer Rowe was served an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail for driving suspended.
4320 Bennett Rd (Alarm 20-12675):
Burglar alarm at East Ridge High School. Officers located an unsecured door leading into the vocational building. The building was cleared and secured.
763 Flynn Dr (Miscellaneous 20-012679):
Police were dispatched to call a female in regards to information she had regarding some cold case homicides. Officers spoke with her over the phone, and she advised she had reason to believe several cases of suicide in Clay County, TN were actually homicides. She believed the acts were a result of gang activity. She was advised we don’t have jurisdiction in Clay County. She was told she may want to call the local authorities in Clay County or contact Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
