I am writing this for my dear friend, Mr. Chris Dixon. His mother has been my neighbor for several years. I can say this without any speck of doubt that he is one of the sincerest and caring people that I have ever met. He is always there and willing to help and support everyone he comes in contact with.

He has always been very knowledgeable and has always given sound advice. His acumen is unparalleled. Even in his personal life, he has always been a gentleman. I recently witnessed his behavior towards his fellow workers, and it was not only professional & respectful but also, uplifting.

I can assure you of his sincerity and honesty. I have no doubt that Mr. Dixon would not only be fair but also tough on crime if appointed as East Ridge Judge.
