The Red Wolves returned home on Wednesday and rolled to a 7-1 win over Charlotte Independence at CHI Memorial Stadium.
The seven goals was a single-game record in USL League One play.
Juan Galindrez had a hat trick for the Red Wolves (5-5-2). Rey Ortiz, Rafael Mentzingen, Jorge Paez and Pedro Hernandez also scored for the home team, which moved to second place in league standings with 17 points.
The Red Wolves will try to improve on its record when they next host FC Tucson on Saturday in East Ridge.
