The Red Wolves were looking to carry momentum from its big win over CFC earlier in the week to its home-opener against South Georgia Tormenta FC on Saturday. However, it didn’t quite work out as anticipated.
The Red Wolves battled back from behind and tied Tormenta, 2-2, at CHI Memorial Stadium in USL League One play.
Mason Tumbridge and Omar Hernandez traded goals from the penalty spot before substitutes Sebastian Vivas and Matthew Bentley scored to see the match finish in a deadlock.
