The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
September 26 – Day Shift
3302 Navajo Drive (domestic assault):
Police arrived concerning a domestic assault and spoke with both parties, a woman and her boyfriend, Derrek Clemons. Both stated a heated argument began over a Facebook post of their infant child. At this time Clemons shoved the woman to the floor, kicked her, and dragged her across the floor by her hair. Clemons was arrested and transported to jail.
1417 St. Thomas Street (DOA):
Police responded to Room 224 at the Motel 6 about an unresponsive person. A man was found deceased on the bed. CID and the ME responded and processed the scene. The man’s remains were transported to the ME’s office. It was discovered the man was listed in NCIC as a missing person.
1417 St. Thomas Street (arrest):
Following a traffic stop, Matthew Brown was arrested for possession of meth for resale and altered registration. Alesia Henley was arrested for possession of meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia. She also had active Hamilton County warrants.
1410 Mack Smith Road (disorder):
Police responded to the Budgetel regarding a female guest who appeared to be under the influence. Heather C. was instructed to vacate the property, which she did without incident.
6909 Wake Robin Drive (auto burglary):
The complainant’s unlocked vehicle was entered shortly before 7:00 a.m., and her stainless S&W .38 was stolen. The firearm was entered into NCIC. The suspect was wearing a light colored, hooded sweatshirt and possible khaki pants.

7408 Mooreview Rd (Disorder 20-012867):
Verbal disorder between a group of juveniles and adults.
5517 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 20-012868):
Reporting party stated a male party on a bicycle was begging people for money. Party was gone when police arrived.
I-75N @ Ringgold Rd (Wellbeing Check 20-012869):
Reporting party stated a male party was attempting to cross the interstate but appeared to be having difficulty. Officers located the male and determined he needed medical attention. He was transported to Parkridge East by police.
1417 ST Thomas ST (Disorder 20-012870):
Christina Paulino was taken into custody for Public Intoxication after causing a disorder at the Motel 6. Paulino described a “nice house” in Harris Hills where she had been using illegal narcotics.
323 Camp Jordan (Animal Call):
Reporting party called dispatch stating they had observed several alligators in the pond at Camp Jordan.
4222 Ringgold Rd (Unconscious Party 20-012871):
Bradley Horner was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being located unconscious parked at the fuel pumps. Horner told officers on scene he had used Heroin prior to losing consciousness.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Assist EMS 20-012877):
An elderly male party approached motel staff asking for medical assistance for what he believed were heat related issues. Officers and EMS personnel observed a medical identification band on the subject’s arm. He has just been released from Parkridge East. He was transported by EMS back to Parkridge East.
3508 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 20-012879):
Laura Johnson was misdemeanor cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being found sleeping in her vehicle on the lot of Walgreens.
710 Summit Ave (Noise Complaint 20-012880):
RP stated her neighbors at this address were once again being loud and making threatening remarks to her through the walls of the duplex. RP decided, once police arrived, she did not want the neighbors warned tonight and would continue her efforts to solve the issue through her landlord.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 20-012881):
RP stated a white male in a green shirt was acting erratic and causing a scene. Officers made contact with Bobby Elliott. Elliott was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest):
Holly Smith was arrested on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.

September 27 – Day Shift
710 Summit Avenue (noise complaint):
Officers arrived and spoke with two subjects about loud music after receiving a complaint from a neighbor. A young black male denied playing any loud music. He stated he hates cops and did not want us returning to his address anymore about noise complaints. An older gentleman acknowledged officers and the complaint and told the younger subject to go back inside.
893 Donaldson Road (child custody):
Officers responded to this residence in regards to a child custody issue. The child’s mother was subsequently arrested on a warrant. Travis B., the child’s alleged father, wanted to gain custody of the child despite having no documentation from the court. Travis was advised to seek custody through family court when they open on Monday.
941 Spring Creek Road (DUI):
Christopher Chhitk was arrested for DUI 3rd offense in the parking lot of Parkridge East Hospital. The passenger, Gary Stiltner, was arrested for public intoxication.
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Olain Jones Jr. was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for criminal simulation.
6514 Ringgold Road (theft):
Store employees reported the theft of two cases of beer by a black male who left the area in a green SUV. The suspect could not be located.
1333 St. Thomas Street (mental health):
Police received numerous calls about a naked black male walking in the area of Chick-fil-A and Bass Pro Shop. The man was located on St. Thomas Street. Police discovered he was an Aim Center resident living on St. Thomas Street. He was transported by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital.
6965 Tiffany Lane (residential fire):
Police assisted the fire department with a stove that had a faulty element.

September 27 – Night Shift
4401 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-012911):
Willie Daniels was taken into custody for DUI after being located unconscious in the driver‘s seat of his vehicle.
1417 St Thomas (Stolen Recovery 20-012913):
Police observed a blue Suzuki motorcycle in the parking lot of Motel 6 with its lights activated. No one was near the vehicle. A registration check revealed the tag was stolen but the bike had not been reported stolen. Contact was made with Marty Manus in room 223. Manus admitted to riding the bike and stated it was his. Police interviewed Manus and were granted consent to search his room after observing a firearm holster on the bed. Officers located a Hi-Point handgun, Drug Paraphernalia, and approximately 2 ounces of Methamphetamine. The motorcycle and riding gear were taken to the East Ridge Police Department pending seizure along with the weapon, narcotics, and $195 in US Currency. Manus was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for Resale, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
409 Frawley Rd Apt A (Harassment 20-012914):
Reporting party received an email from his own email account saying he would get acid thrown in his face unless he paid $500 in bitcoin to an unknown account. Police advised him to change his passwords and block the email.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Intoxicated Party 20-012915):
RP stated a white male was staggering inside the store and placing items in his pockets. Subject was gone when police arrived. Police later located Justin Oliver in the 6700 block of Ringgold Rd. He was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Xanax and Possession of Marijuana.
710 Summit Ave (Disorder):
Another disorder at this location between neighbors. Officers arrived on scene and found both sets of neighbors screaming at each other. They were once again told to contact their landlord about issues with their fellow tenants. The parties were issued a warning about disorderly conduct.
1706 Keeble St (Suspicious Activity 20-012922):
RP stated a male subject was pushing a lawnmower in the street in the early morning hours. Party was located and found to be pushing a cart containing his property.
1518 Waterhouse (Disorder 20-012923):
Police were called to this location due to the RP requesting information about how to get a divorce from her husband because of his drinking habits. Approximately an hour later officers observed a black Nissan coming off Bales Ave onto Ringgold Rd and then driving onto the parking lot of the Cascades. The vehicle’s rear hatch was open obscuring the registration plate. Contact was made with a very intoxicated Hispanic male, Juan Pascual. Pascual was taken into custody for DUI and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-012925):
The night clerk stated she had to temporarily lock the doors to the store because of an ongoing harassment issue with another female party and the subject’s sister. Police located the offending parties and learned the issue between the three was very personal in nature. The sisters stated they would not return to the store.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 20-012926):
William Martinez was arrested on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
