Day Shift October 1
24-012584 – 5000 BLK South Terrace – Criminal Trespass Warning and Arrest – A woman, having been previously criminally trespassed from the premises (re: 22-010841) was taken into custody. Upon a search of her possessions, five capped syringes, some used, were found. A man with the suspect was criminally trespassed from the premises (re: 24-000297).
24-012591 – 3500 BLK Claremont Avenue – Disorder – Police responded to this address after a caller reported a female walking down the street was asking for assistance to escape her husband, who was experiencing some mental health issues. Officers spoke with the female who advised she and her husband were involved in a verbal altercation while traveling on Germantown Road. She told him to stop the vehicle and let her out. She advised the altercation was verbal only and would contact police if she needed any assistance.
24-012589-1300 BLK West End- Arrest – Police were dispatched to a crash with injuries involving a motorcycle. During the investigation the party driving the at-fault vehicle was found to be under the influence. She was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
Night Shift October 1
24-012617 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Rd – Unconscious Person / Arrest – Police were called for an unconscious person laying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, police located the man lying in front of a hotel room. Police awoke him but observed slurred speech and lethargic movements. He was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
24-012158 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman voluntarily met with police and was placed in custody for six arrest warrants through the City of East Ridge. The charges included two counts of Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, Speeding and Window Tint. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
24-012611 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane– Missing Adult – A concerned citizen reported a man missing after an unsuccessful attempt to locate him. Police discovered that he had been arrested on September 12, 2024, and was admitted to a medical facility while in the custody of the Hamilton County Jail. His location was confirmed, and he was not entered into NCIC.
