The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
March19– Day Shift
1463 Mack Smith Road (suspicious person):
Police responded to this location regarding a female. Police made contact with a local homeless party. She advises she was sleeping behind the building. She was sent on her way.
1119 Altamaha Street (property damage):
A residential service line was pulled from this residence after a city owned truck pulled the wires down.
3503 Claremont Avenue (domestic assault):
Police responded in reference to a couple arguing in their yard. Both claimed the disorder was verbal only, although both had scratches they claimed were from their pets. Police were unable to determine if an assault occurred.

March 19 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service):
Morris Jackson was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on East Ridge warrants for Agg. Assault and Agg. Burglary.
Blackhawk Trail (Susp. person):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a B/M, wearing a red hoodie. The RP stated the male approached his truck and asked for a smoke, and when the driver stated he didn’t smoke, the male became upset and walked off. Police searched the area; the party was GOA.
4155 Ringgold Rd. (Missing adult):
Police were dispatched to the Domino’s Pizza, regarding a delivery driver that had not been heard from in two hours. Police eventually located the driver.
4222 Ringgold Rd. (Susp. person):
Police were dispatched to the Speedway, regarding a male party refusing to leave. Upon arrival, police made contact with a W/M, smoking tobacco in front of the fuel pumps. Police asked what he was doing, the male party stated watching videos. Police instructed the man to move on.
1417 St Thomas Street (Suspicious Person):
Management from Motel 6 called in when a white male was banging on the door and window of the office. Officers encountered Terry S.outside of room 138. Terry was not a guest and management advised they did not want him on the property tonight. The man left in a cab and went home for the night.

March 20 – Day Shift
3936 Ringgold Road (Save a Lot)- Unknown 911-
Dispatch received a phase two location 911 call with no sounds of distress. Upon arrival no emergency was located.
3920 Ringgold Road (Dollar General)- Disorder/Attempted Theft-
The caller advised of two males attempting to take toilet paper and other items from the delivery truck. She advised the males initially refused to stop. Upon police arrival the two were gone. Unknown direction of travel.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6 room 220)- Unconscious Person/Drug Arrest-
James Fugate was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule two narcotics following a report of an unconscious person in this motel room.
1510 Maxwell Road (East Ridge Post Office)- Indecent Exposure-
The caller advised a black male and a white female were engaging in “inappropriate activities” inside a red SUV parked on the lot. Upon police arrival the couple had left the area.
6407 Ringgold Road (Portofino Italian Restaurant)- Vehicle Fire-
Police responded with Fire regarding a car it the parking lot burning. Fire was able to extinguish the blaze without incident.
3657 Ringgold Road (Cascades Motel)- AOA-
Catoosa County requested police check the motel for two missing Juveniles and their non-custodial mother. Upon arrival at the motel dispatch advised the children were located with their father.
115 Fawn Drive- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised two black males were walking through the yard. Upon arrival officers were advised the two went to Dogwood Place Apartments. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the subjects.

March 20– Night Shift
3805 Ringgold Road:
Officers working at food city alerted officers to two parties who were involved in a disorder walking eastbound on Ringgold Road. Sharla Bradley was arrested for Manufacture, delivery, sell, or possession of meth following officers contacting her and her boyfriend at this location.
1223-A John Ross Road / Domestic Assault:
The suspect, Data Bulloch, struck the victim in the mouth, then hit her head against the vehicle several times and tore off her hair weave. The suspect left the scene with their three-year-old son but had permission to take him. Warrants are pending for domestic assault.

March 21 – Day Shift
2145 Dugan Street- Residential Fire-
Police responded with Fire regarding a burning smell at the residence. No fire was located.
5340 Ringgold Road- Disorder-
The caller advised he observed a male pushing a female while they were in the roadway. They both advised the disorder was verbal and left the area. It was later found the two were none other than Sharla Bradley and her boyfriend.
520 Sharondale Road- Vehicle Burglary-
Upon speaking with the complainant he reported that sometime between 2300 hrs on 03/20 and 1230 hrs on 03/21, an unknown suspect entered his unsecured vehicle and removed money from his wallet. The complainant advised he is missing approximately $130. Nothing else appears to have been taken.
3807 North Terrace- AOA/Person Shot-
Police responded to a person shot at this address. Upon arrival police rendered aid until paramedics arrived. The victim, a young black male, appeared to have been one of two victims in a drive by shooting. The second victim was located by CPD at an address on Brainerd Road. Upon their arrival CPD released ERPD officers.
950 Spring Creek Road (Spring Creek Gardens)- Shots Fired-
The caller advised of hearing approximately fourteen shots in the area of the woods behind the apartment complex. Police checked the area but located nothing.

March 21 – Night Shift
3500 Bennett Rd. (Noise):
Police were dispatched to this area regarding a barking dog. Police spoke with the owner who agreed to bring the dog inside.
1600 Melody Ln. (Susp. Activity):
Police were dispatched to this area regarding a couple of people running down the road screaming. Police made contact with the parents of two juveniles who were out playing in the street. The juveniles were made to go inside.
700 Marley Way (Disorder):
Police were dispatched to the Fountain Garden Apartments, regarding a disorder. While in route, dispatch stated there was a male choking a female on Marley Way. Upon police arrival contact was made with the party who stated they were arguing, but it was verbal only.
3725 Fountain Ave. (Disorder):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a possible fight in apartment 96. Dispatch stated it may be at least five B/M’s and they may be fighting. Upon arrival, it was determined they were having a party and would keep it down.
1509 Fruitland Dr (vandalism):
The complainant witnessed Thomas Vasquez break the driver side window of her car with his fist then leave in a white van. Warrants for Vasquez pursued.
4016 S Terrace Apt 3 (auto burglary):
The complainant called in to make a report that her vehicle was entered overnight, and her wallet was taken from the vehicle at this location.
Camp Jordan Arena:
Officers discovered a water main leak near the arena. Tennessee American Water was contacted. When they arrived, they claimed the water break was the supply line to the arena. They are supposed to cut it off.

March 22 – Day Shift
3725 Fountain Avenue (The Belvoir )- Overdose-
Upon arrival police spoke with the reporting party who stated his friend was unconscious inside his apartment, and he wasn’t sure what happened. Police observed that the man was breathing and had a pulse. Paramedics arrived and gave him a dose of Narcan. He then awoke. He advised he had taken heroin earlier. He was transported to Parkridge East. A drug overdose report was filed.
6200 blk of Ringgold Road- Assist a Citizen-
Police assisted a stranded motorist with a flat tire.
6404 Ringgold Road (Burger King)- Criminal Trespass-
Demetrious Joshen was issued a trespass warning after being disruptive inside the business. Police transported him out of the city. This was the third interaction with Joshen. He had already been run off from several other businesses along Ringgold Road.
1623 Prigmore Road- AOA/Residential Fire-
Police responded with Fire regarding a kitchen fire. The blaze was extinguished before arrival by the homeowner.

March 22 – Night Shift
482 McBrien Rd. At Home Store/Suspicious Vehicle:
A Nissan Quest with no tag parked on the lot of At Home Store. Negative stolen.
1014 John Ross Rd (East Ridge Elementary/ Alarm):
While on patrol an alarm was observed going off at East Ridge Elementary. Fire arrived and shut the alarm off. A responsible arrived to reset the alarm.
