The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
March 12– Day Shift
5600 blk of Ringgold Road- Property Damage-
A motorist was traveling east on Ringgold Road when the left front tire disconnected from her vehicle. The tire continued east into the Ridgewood Village parking lot. The tire then struck Advanced Check Cash Advance causing damage to a window.
5080 South Terrace (AMC Theater)- Alarm-
Upon arrival police spoke to management and found the alarm to be accidental.
6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a white male and female harassing customers. Upon arrival the two were already gone.
5517 Ringgold Road (Suds and Shine Laundry)- Theft-
The complainant advised on 3/11/2020 at approximately 1700 hours, he placed approximately $200 worth of clothing in dryer and left the business. The complainant stated he returned approximately 30 minutes later to find his clothes were missing. No suspect information. Management was unable to be reached.

March 12 – Night Shift
6947 Tiffany Ln/ Aggravated burglary:
Misty Combs was taken into custody at this location for theft, aggravated burglary, and possession of schedule V. Ms. Combs received a $20,000 bond.
6650 Ringgold Rd (La Quinta Inn)/ Public Intoxication:
Michael Dooley was arrested for PI and trespassed form this location.
5301 Ringgold Road / Drug Arrest:
While on a business check of Walgreens, police observed a female acting suspiciously and walk out of the store with sunglasses that still had tags attached. Police made contact with the female in the parking lot and discovered that she had stolen various merchandise and also was in possession of narcotics. She was identified as Christa Stephens and charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule IV, Possession of Schedule V, and Possession of Legend Drugs. Walgreens refused to prosecute for the theft.
5082 South Terrace/Assist other Agency:
Rachel D. Stephens was transported to Hamilton County Jail on a Catoosa County warrant.
McBrien @ Anderson / Well-being Check:
Police attempted to locate a female party who was reported to be wearing dark clothing and standing in the roadway. Individual was gone on arrival.
1125 McBrien Rd Apt D (Domestic):
Jorge Dimas assaulted Lucrecia A. and took her house key depriving her of her personal belongings. A search warrant was served on Jorge Dimas for domestic assault and theft. Dimas was arrested without further incident.

800 S. Moore Road (arrest):
Ayonnika Brianna Deann Watkins was arrested for Driving While License Revoked, Suspended.
5908 Ringgold Road (theft):
The owner of the Teriyaki House, reported having mail stolen from her business mailbox. The witness, an employee of a neighboring business, stated a smaller black female wearing a dark coat took the mail and left on foot. The suspect was not located.

John Ross/ Bennett (hazard):
RP called in stating trash bags were in the middle of the road and afraid people were going to die. Police checked the area, but nothing located.
6800 Ringgold Rd (AOA):
Kelly Bertil was arrested on Collegedale warrants and transported to the Hamilton County jail following a traffic stop at this location.

March 14 – Day Shift
1232 Greenslake Road (suspicious behavior):
The complainant advised an unknown male drove up to her Girl Scout cookie stand with his penis in his hand. The suspect was gone on police arrival, and the complainant did not wish to complete a formal report. Police could not locate the suspect.
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Brandy Flynn was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on an active East Ridge warrant for petition to revoke/theft.

Rachael Evans was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on active East Ridge warrants for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

March 14 – Night Shift
5700 Roper Street (Auto Theft):
Between 1830 and 2200 hours a maroon Kia Optima (TN 7M89H2) was stolen from the parking lot of the Newcastle Apartments. The vehicle was last seen at 1848 hours when Chattanooga Police attempted to stop the vehicle at Central Ave and Halsey Street. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.
6500 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Samantha Brown was arrested for DUI after officers responded to her being unconscious in the vehicle while sitting in the parking lot of the Tip Top food mart.
1410 Reeves Ave (Sus Person):
Police were dispatched to this area regarding a male party dressed in all black acting suspicious. Upon arrival, the person was not located.
Indian Trl. (Suspicious Person):
RP called stating she heard a female scream three times in the area of Indian Trail. Police searched the area and were unable to locate anyone.
Blocker Lane (Verbal Disorder):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a report of a female yelling and running down Blocker lane. The RP stated she was being chased by a male in a black vehicle. Upon arrival, police determined it was a verbal disorder only and both parties agreed to calm down and go inside for the evening.
3805 Ringgold Rd. (Harassment):
Police were dispatched to Amigo’s Restaurant regarding a customer who kept calling and harassing the staff. Upon arrival, police attempted to make contact with the party over the phone but received no answer. Management wanted police to be aware of the situation.
3905 Wiley (Burglary in progress):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, police made contact with the resident who stated she only heard some footsteps outside but did not hear anyone trying to break in. The footsteps belonged to the person a field interview was conducted on at 604 Bacon Trail.
604 Bacon Trail (Shots fired):
Police were dispatched to this apartment complex regarding someone hearing several shots fired along with a male and female yelling at each other. While responding to the area, police made contact with David M., who had mud all over his pants. David stated he was attempting to meet with a friend at the apartments when he heard the gun shots and took off running. Police could not locate a gun in the area. David was checked for warrants and sent on his way. A field interview was conducted.

March 15 – Day Shift
5700 Ringgold Road (suspicious vehicle):
Police were called to check on a Penske truck that was parked on the lot of Armando’s for an extended period of time. Police located Joseph H. sleeping inside of the cab. After contacting Penske it was found that the vehicle was supposed to be returned on 3/4/2020. The vehicle was towed by Broome’s at the request of Penske. Joseph was checked for warrants and sent on his way. F.I. on file.
6800 Ringgold Road (fire):
Police backed the fire department on a trash fire under the bridge which had been caused by homeless people. The homeless were not present at this time, but there was a large amount of trash under the bridge along with tents and drug paraphernalia.
5911 Ringgold Road (auto burglary):
The complainant was looking at vehicles on the lot of Tweety’s Automart. When he returned to his unlocked vehicle he found someone had stolen two phones and a backpack. No suspect information is available at this time.

March 15 – Night Shift
1400 Choate Rd (arrest):
Leslie Winkler was issued a misdemeanor citation for criminal impersonation following a traffic stop on a bicycle.
715 Brookfield (theft):
A supplemental report was done concerning items stolen from outside of this location. Police spoke with the resident concerning the incident.
