The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
March 9 Day Shift
3420 Land St (Theft):
The resident reported that two of his white rocking chairs were taken from his porch, possibly on Saturday night.
3123 B Old Ringgold Rd (Disorder w/ weapon):
The complainant reported that his ex-drug dealer a black male by the street name of “Kash” arrived at his residence attempting to sell him drugs. The complainant reported that after he told “Kash” to leave, “Kash” pointed a small black semi-automatic pistol at him and left.
5415 Connell St:
Police and fire were dispatched to this location regarding a possible residential fire. Upon arrival, it was discovered to be an illegal burn. ERFD extinguished the burn.
505 S. Moore Rd:
Police responded to an unconscious person in the parking lot of OLPH. Upon arrival, it was determined that Patricia K. was just taking a nap after a long day of pan handling.

Night Shift
1417 Mack Smith Rd (susp. person):
RP called in stating a black female came in asking for an application. She then went into the restroom and changed into a teal towel and left on a bicycle. RP did not want the lady to return.
1665 Waterhouse St/ Ridgeline Church of God (alarm):
Alarm activated at this location, but two adults and children inside, they stated they have a Hispanic church meeting here on Monday nights.
1665 Waterhouse (susp person):
White male walking the church lot around 1900. Unknown direction of travel.
6514 Ringgold Rd/ Mapco (susp person):
RP called in stating a black male wearing a black jacket and backwards hat solicited sexual acts in the restroom. RP left prior to police arrival. Police spoke to a man matching the description and he stated no sexual favors were discussed or performed.
5401 Ringgold Road (Suspicious Activity):
The complainant reported suspicious activity in the parking lot of the First Tennessee Bank. She advised a black male party with a blue hoodie pulled over his face attempted to sneak up on her. She stated she saw him approach the driver side of her vehicle in a crouched position. The complainant advised the suspect turned around and ran off when he realized he was noticed. The complainant advised the suspect got into the passenger seat of a small black sedan on West End Avenue.
1410 Mack Smith Rd. (Arrest):
Johnnie Graham was taken into custody for violating conditions of release.
1517 Tombras Ave. (Theft):
The complainant reported her cell phone and twenty dollars were stolen from her purse. The woman admitted she left her purse in the lobby of the courthouse while she went inside the court room for the housing commission meeting. When she realized she left her purse outside she went to retrieve it and then noticed items were taken.
6708 Ringgold Rd. (Shoplifter):
Police were called to the Circle K regarding a male and female party that were shoplifting. Suspects were gone on arrival (GOA). Clerk was unable to give a description of what was stolen.
1417 St. Thomas St. (Arrest):
William Lough was taken into custody for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic crash investigation.
