Day Shift January 10
24-000383- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Vehicle Burglary- The victim advised on 01/09/2024 between the hours of 1030 and 1610 her vehicle was burglarized. She stated that her purse, containing various personal items, was taken from the passenger front seat of her vehicle.
24-000385- 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road- Theft- The RP advised an unknown suspect stole his cell phone between the hours of 0700 through 1100. He stated he does not know who took the cell phone, and that the property does not have cameras.
24-000390- 5400 BLK Marion Avenue- Lost/Stolen Tag- Police spoke with the reporting party who advised she was unaware of when her tag could have gone missing but was informed by a friend on this date at approximately 0715 hours that her tag was not on her vehicle.
24-000293- 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive- Delayed Shoplifting- Staff advised on 12/28/2023 two males and two females stole $3,000 worth of merchandise. He stated the group entered the store at approximately 1351 hours and took approximately 80 Columbia hats, valued at $35 each. Additionally, it was stated after placing the hats in their bags, the females each placed a Columbia jacket, valued at $100 each in the bags covering the hats. The business was able to provide police with pictures of the suspects and the vehicle they drove. The pictures of the suspects and vehicle will be put in property and evidence.
Night Shift January 10
24-000403 – 500 BLK S Moore Road – Well Being Check – Police responded to this location for a party walking with a shopping cart in the roadway. Police checked on the party he was okay.
24-000404 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle failing to maintain lane. After conducting a consent search of the vehicle, a man and woman were taken into custody. Both parties were charged with possession of schedule II violations and possession of drug paraphernalia.
24-000406 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded to this location for a theft that had occurred. Reporting party stated that an unknown female carrying a child, along with another female, came into the store and stole approximately $100 worth of merchandise. Report on file.
24-000409 – 900 BLK Donaldson Road – Intoxicated Party – Police responded to an intoxicated party complaint at this location. The man was found to be highly intoxicated with multiple injuries sustained because of his intoxication. EMS transported him for further treatment and evaluation. Warrants are being sought for public intoxication currently.
24-000414 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Burglary – Two unidentified male parties broke the front glass doors and stole an undetermined number of items. Surveillance showed two male parties with hoodies, masks. CID responded for further investigation.
24-000420 – I-75 South – Traffic Stop- Arrest – Following a traffic stop, police took a man into custody on a Collegedale PD Assault Warrant. Police transported him and meet with COPD to transfer custody.
