Day Shift September 5
23-011309 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Burglary – Police spoke with the complainant who stated items were stolen out of his vehicle on 09/02/2023 from 1000 hours to 1300 hours. The items consisted of a backpack, wallet, clothes/shoes, a vape, and $300 cash.
23-011305 – 5500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Police responded to the laundry mat at this location for a party who was allegedly trespassed from the property. The party was gone on arrival. Police later located a subject matching a description provided by employees on scene. The subject was advised to not return. There was no history of a criminal trespass warning being issued.
Night Shift September 5
23-011336 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Theft – Police responded to this location for an auto theft that just occurred. The reporting party stated that his Chevy Impala was taken while he was in the store. Police contacted OnStar and got a location on the vehicle. The vehicle pinged at Erlanger East Hospital. The vehicle was found occupied and the vehicle fled the scene. A brief time later the vehicle had crashed, and the suspect was taken into custody for theft over $10,000 and driving on revoked.
23-011337 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Check Well Being – Police responded to this location regarding a male who seemed to be passed out in his vehicle. Police contacted the male and determined he was only resting.
23-011338 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road — Narcotics Violation – During a park and walk, Police observed a female in a gold pickup truck. Police approached the vehicle and observed aluminum foil between the seats. A search of the vehicle yielded burnt aluminum foil with two pills of suspected Fentanyl. She was arrested for Possession of Fentanyl and an active warrant out of East Ridge. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-011335 – 5900 BLK Ringgold Road – Vandalism – Police responded to a glass break alarm. Upon arrival, police found the front door glass shattered. A glass ball on a rope was found near the door and may have been used to break it. The owner of the store responded to the location and secured the building. Security camera footage captured the vandalism incident; however, the suspect was out of camera range. No suspect information is currently available.
23-011328 – I-75 NB – Traffic Stop / Narcotics – Police observed a vehicle identified by crime suppression as a vehicle of interest. Police stopped the vehicle for inoperable tag light. The search yielded 29.6 grams of powdered fentanyl, 786 fentanyl pressed pills, and paraphernalia. $1,900 cash was seized. The driver was also arrested for resisting arrest and vandalism. A 2nd party was also arrested during the stop.
