The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
September 16 – Day Shift
22-012896- 1400 block Adonna Lane- Disorder-
The caller advised he was having trouble with his 15-year-old daughter. On scene police spoke with the complainants. They advised their 15-year-old child had assaulted one of them and damaged a window in the residence. Police learned that the female had assaulted one of the complainants following an argument about the juveniles cell phone by striking her multiple times. Police contacted the juvenile at which time she was arrested for domestic assault and vandalism. The juvenile was transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention center.
22-012900- 3517 Claremont Avenue- Vehicle Burglary-
The complainant called to report his vehicle entered and property stolen. On speaking with the victim he advised sometime between 9-15 2230 hours and 9-16 0745 and unknown suspect entered his vehicle and took his Sig Sauer 1911, .45 cal, semi-automatic pistol, black in color with wood grips (SN: GS34872). There were no signs of forced entry reported by the victim. Police entered the firearm into NCIC.
22-012904- 709 Claremont Circle- Vehicle Burglary-
The complainant called to advise an unknown suspect had entered his vehicle. He advised around 0025 hours on this date, an unknown male, possibly 20 to 29 years of age wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and white tennis shoes walked across the front yard of his residence and entered his vehicle. the doors had been left unlocked. The suspect rummaged through the contents of the glove compartment and center console but did not take anything from the vehicle. Due to the proximity, time, and the method of the burglaries conducted in the Claremont and Cathy Lane area, the suspect is going to be the same unknown individual in several related complaints.
22-012909- 3506 Claremont Avenue- Vehicle Burglary-
The caller advised sometime during the night an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and took property. Due to the proximity, time, and the method of the burglaries conducted in the Claremont and Cathy Lane area, the suspect is going to be the same unknown individual in several related complaints.
22-012912- 1 Mount Olivet Drive- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a blond female was laying in the driveway of the cemetery. On scene police encountered the woman. She advised she was having trouble at home and was cooling down. She was checked for warrants and sent on her way.
22-012913- 3206 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service-
Austin Johnson was served several East Ridge warrants. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

September 16 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd / Warrant Service (22-012929):
Andrew Cleland was taken into custody by Chattanooga police on an East Ridge warrant and transported to jail.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant (22-012937):
Dakota Kletschka was taken into custody for two East Ridge forfeiture capias warrants (public intox and drug paraphernalia.)
4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-012935):
Jacob Jean Moss was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant which was issued on September 9, 2017, with a bond of $5,000.
4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-012936):
Martha Jennean Estes was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant which was issued on September 9, 2017, with a bond of $5,000.
3200 Ringgold Rd / DUI (22-012938):
Luis Gonzalez was arrested for DUI 2nd, open container, driving without a license, and failure to maintain lane during a traffic stop at this location.
1600 block Barry Road / Domestic (22-012940):
A 14-year-old female was taken into custody after her mother called stating she hit her during an argument. The juvenile stated in front of police that she did indeed hit her mother and threatened to do it again. She was transported to JDU.
3725 Fountain Avenue / Domestic Assault (22-012942): –
Police were dispatched to 3725 Fountain Avenue regarding a domestic. Upon arrival police met with a woman who advised her boyfriend assaulted her during a heated argument. He fled the scene before police arrival. Warrants will be sought for his arrest.
4318 Greenbriar Road / Arrest-DUI (22-012943):
Miguel Ixzer Perez Velazquez was arrested for DUI, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, License Required and Driving on Roadway Lane for Traffic. Perez Velazquez was jailed on no bond.

September 17 – Day Shift
No number assigned- 1400 South Moore Road- Evading-
Police attempted a traffic stop on a silver sport bike with a male rider. He refused to stop and was last seen headed north toward Chattanooga. The information was BOLOed.
22-012952- 821 State Line Road- Noise Complaint-
The caller advised he could hear a person speaking Spanish through a loudspeaker. Police checked the area and found the noise was coming from a soccer game at the high school.
22-012955- 7609- Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Jermal Jones was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-012959- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Auto Theft-
The caller requested to report his 2006 Dodge van stolen. On further investigation it was found that vehicle was the subject of a private property tow on 9-8-22.
22-012962- 3636 Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised a male huffing bug spray was unconscious on the side of the building. On scene police located a male subject. He was loaded on an ambulance and transported to the hospital.
22-012968- 1300 blk of Blocker Lane- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a male on a green motorcycle was speeding through the neighborhood. On scene police checked the area but the motorcycle was not located.

September 17 – Night Shift
1400 Mack Smith Road / Traffic Stop (22-012973):
Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Mack Smith and Ringgold for expired registration. The vehicle continued in a circle around the VP Fuels Gas Station and drove north on N Mack Smith Road. The vehicle accelerated and stopped next to a business in the 1400 block of N Mack Smith Road. After a short foot pursuit, the driver, Rodney Lanier, was taken into custody. Lanier was found to have multiple warrants out of East Ridge, Hamilton County and Collegedale. He was also found to be driving on revoked for DUI. Lanier was subsequently charged with open container law, registration violation, driving on revoked for DUI, evading, and resisting arrest.
6500 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Person (22-012985):
The manager of the VP Fuels Gas Station called police after observing two homeless parties camped behind the business. Upon speaking with the pair, they were told to relocate from the property at the request of the manager. Field interview reports on file for both parties.
7609 Standifer Gap Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-012980):
Michael Kent was arrested on active East Ridge Warrants.

Charles Rudder was arrested on active East Ridge Warrants.
5318 Spriggs Street / Arrest-Domestic Assault (22-012982):
Stephen Hartley was arrested for Domestic Assault and Simple Assault at this location.
1029 S Seminole Drive / Arrest-Traffic (22-012992):
Police conducted traffic stop at this location. Christopher Guthrie was arrested for driving on revoked license after providing police with a false name.
