Day Shift September 7
23-011385- 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue- Vandalism- Police spoke to the victim who stated between the hours of midnight and five in the morning some unknown person(s)put glue on the driver side door lock. He was able to get in the vehicle. The amount of damage is around $150. There are no suspects.
23-011391- 3300 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder- The caller advised a homeless male was sleeping in the business. On scene the male had already left the area.
23-011402- 4100 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity- The caller advised a male and female were in the store and possibly involved in a domestic situation. The female requested the caller contact police. On scene police checked the store but the couple had already left.
Night Shift September 7
23-011417 – 900 BLK S Seminole Drive — Domestic Disorder- Police responded to this address regarding a male subject making suicidal statements after leaving a domestic disorder. Police put out of BOLO for a wellbeing check on the male subject. The other involved party was advised to call police if the male returned to the residence.
23-011419 – 1200 BLK S Seminole Dr — Unknown Medical – Police and Fire personnel responded to this location for an unknown medical complaint. On scene, an intoxicated male stated he was in pain and had been injured earlier in the week. EMS arrived on scene, evaluated the male, and transported him without further incident.
23-011421 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap Road — Warrant Service – A woman was served with two warrants out of East Ridge at the Hamilton County Jail. The charges for the warrants were Vandalism and Violation of Conditions of Release.
23-011423 – 3900 BLK Wiley Ave – Auto Theft – The victim reported that her boyfriend took her black Honda CRV without her permission. She stated that he threw her items out of the car and drove away under protest. Chattanooga Police located the stolen vehicle and the suspect on Woodland View Circle in Chattanooga. The man fought with CPD officers at the location. He was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. He was charged with Theft over $1000 through ERPD. He was also charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest through CPD.
23-011424 – 700 BLK Germantown Circle –Well Being Check – The RP called and requested a well-being check on her boyfriend. She stated that he was upset and left their apartment on foot. Police found that the man had a Failure to Appear arrest warrant through Soddy Daisy. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-011426—6700 BLK Ringgold Road—Disorder Weapon Involved- Police responded to the gas station regarding two parties in an altercation with a baseball bat. Upon arrival, police spoke with a female in a wheelchair who stated a male was yelling racial slurs. Police found the other person left prior to their arrival. The female party was told to leave the property at the request of the manager on duty. No injuries were reported.
23-011427 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Public Intoxication – Police responded to the report of an intoxicated male. Officers arrived on scene and located the party in an apparent state of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-011428—3900 BLK Brainerd Rd—Assist Police Officer – Chattanooga PD requested additional backup at the Speedway on Brainerd Road. Dispatch advised that CPD had three uncooperative suspects that were involved in a hit and run crash near Rosemont Street, reference CPD 23-098282. East Ridge Police Officers responded to the location and provided support while CPD conducted their investigation. CPD arrested and transported all three individuals without further incident.
23-011433 – 1500 BLK Merrill St. – Disorder – Police responded to a possible disorder at the residence. During the investigation, Police determined that one party had an outstanding warrant through Hamilton County for sexual battery. He was arrested and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-002991 – 7906 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with an East Ridge arrest warrant at the Hamilton County Jail. The arrest warrant was for Harassment.
23-006188 – 7609 Standifer Gap – Warrant Service – A woman was served with two East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail. Each arrest warrant was for shoplifting.
