September 05 – Day Shift
12807- Warrant Service-
On September 5, 2021 at approximately 0750 hours, Terre Nelson was served with East Ridge warrant #121081. Ms. Nelson was in custody at Silverdale when she was served with the warrant. Charge: Forfeiture Capias Driving on Suspended.
No number assigned- Ringgold Road @ Mack Smith Road- Evading-
While on patrol police observed a white dirt bike with a female passenger stopped at the Ringgold Road and Mack Smith traffic signal. The tag was showing expired since 2019 and it returned to a red Honda. Police attempted a traffic stop but the driver fled the area. The female driver was very skinny and was wearing a green shirt with a black helmet. She had a small backpack on that was multicolored. The bike was a white dirt bike style with small medal saddle bags.
21-012821- 4908 Maryland Drive- Theft-
Upon arrival police met with the complainant. She advised her ex-boyfriend, Billy Wilson, was on the porch with her around 1400 hours today. The complainant noted Wilson began going through her purse and took her black zip up wallet. She noted Wilson then fled the scene on a bicycle and may have gone to 5305 Connell St. Police checked 5305 Connell St, but there was no answer at the door.

September 05 – Night Shift
3506 Ringgold Rd. / DUI Arrest (21-012827):
Tommy Norwood was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
21-012842 6642 Ringgold Road / Econo Lodge / Theft from a Vehicle:
Police responded to this address following witnesses observing an older model white Chevrolet pickup truck occupied by a white male and female enter the parking lot. The female exited the vehicle and approached a truck parked in the lot, and removed a RIGID 3 stackable toolbox from the bed. She then returned to her vehicle and fled the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Police spoke to the victim, who told police that the toolbox contained approximately $3,000 worth of tools and equipment. Footage of the parking lot will be available to police following manager approval. A list of tools taken will be added to a supplemental report when received from the victim. Police have no suspects at this time. Report on file.
(21-012829) 5700 Ringgold/ DUI arrest:
Following a traffic stop, police arrested Valerie Howard-Lacy for DUI.
3600 Old Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – 21-012826-
Police conducted a traffic stop for a light law violation at this location. The vehicle was occupied three times. The driver, Shadarylra Jackson was taken into custody for active warrants out of Hamilton County for Aggravated Assault x3. Drequan Bevins was taken into custody on active East Ridge Warrants and possession of a Stolen Firearm. Eric Holland was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana for Resale and Possession of a Firearm during a Dangerous Felony. All three parties were transported to Silverdale Detention Center without incident.

6519 Ringgold Road (theft):
The complainant called in to report the theft of his red Pedigo Stretch (e-bike) which was stolen off the rack of his vehicle. The complainant stated the bike was last seen late Thursday night. (21-012858)
6401 Ringgold Road (possession of meth):
Misty Quarrels was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession of meth at this location following a traffic stop. (21-012872)
6627 Hilton Drive (theft):
Police spoke with the complainant who reported the theft of his Xbox and Play Station 4 sometime between 08/30/2021 09/06/2021. (21-012873)
915 S. Seminole Drive (stolen vehicle recovery):
A stolen 2014 Infiniti QX60, stolen from Cleveland, TN, was recovered from this location after being reported for a private property tow by the property manager. The vehicle was confirmed as stolen, and CPD removed it from NCIC. The vehicle was towed by First Response Towing to their lot. (21-012860)

2100 block Dugan St (Psychiatric Emergency 21-012876):
A male party in mental health crisis stated people were chasing him trying to harm him. He was transported by EMS for treatment.
201 Eads St (Arrest 21-012877):
Diantree Williams was taken into custody for driving without a license and resisting arrest.
900 block State Line Rd (Domestic Assault 21-012878):
Nick Brady was taken into custody after head-butting his wife during a disorder.
600 block Bacon Trail (Fight 21-012886):
Police responded to report of multiple parties physically fighting in the parking lot. Demarcus Dillard was taken into custody for aggravated assault and public intoxication. Dillard had allegedly used a large kitchen knife to intimidate several female parties during the disorder.
3725 Fountain Ave (Shots Fired 21-012888):
Officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots coming from the pool area of the apartment complex. Police located nothing.
400 S Moore Rd (Fail to Stop 21-0128896):
Police initiated a traffic stop on a black Dodge Challenger with unreadable temporary plates. The vehicle fled into Chattanooga on Moore Rd. Officers allowed the vehicle to safely flee per policy.
5422 Clemmons Rd (Suspicious Activity 21-0128897):
The caller told dispatch there were unwanted parties in his yard. The caller requested police check the area to insure they had left. No one was located.
500 S Seminole (Fail to Stop 21-012900):
Police initiated a traffic stop on a blue Ford Fusion TN 1Z62H5. The vehicle failed to stop for police. The vehicle was allowed to safely flee per policy. The Ford was last seen north on S. Seminole at the !24 Bridge.
182 I24 West (Fail to Stop 21-012903):
Police initiated a traffic stop on a gray Mazda. The vehicle fled officers at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was not pursued per policy.
500 S Germantown Rd (Misdemeanor Citations 21-012906):
Roy Roberts was issued misdemeanor citations for simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
300 Windmere Dr (Stolen Vehicle Recovery 21-012909):
While patrolling Ridgeside officers located a red Pontiac Grand Prix reported stolen out of GA. The vehicle was recovered and Ridgeside checked for potential suspects.
