The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Sept. 28 Day Shift
21-014098- 941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Disorder/Assault/Arrest-
The caller advised a CON patient was being disorderly in the ER. On scene police met with a security guard and doctor involved. They explained the patient was being combative when he grabbed the security guard around the neck with both hands. The physical assault and strangulation attempt lead the doctor to aid the guard in escaping the patient’s grasp. The subject continued to be combative with both of them until they were able to get him under control and exit the room. Police arrived shortly after the assault. Both the guard and the doctor stated they wanted to press charges for assault. Police took the patient into custody on two counts of aggravated assault and transported him to Silverdale.
21-014096- Moreview Road @ Frawley Road- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised of an elderly male walking in his underwear. On scene police located the subject on the roadside very disoriented. EMS responded and transported him to Parkridge East. His family was located and advised of his location.
21-014103- 806 Harris Lane- Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. It appeared to be secure. This will be the second day in a row police have responded to this alarm.
21-014107- 5611 Ringgold Road (Advanced Rent to Own)- Theft from Vehicle-
The caller advised someone removed the catalytic converter from a work truck at the business. On Scene police spoke with management. He advised the catalytic converter had been stolen at 05:51 hours this date. Police observed video of a white SUV, with black wheels, at the back of the business at 05:51 hours. The vehicle then pulled up to the truck, and the unknown suspect crawled under the truck, cut the converter off, and fled the area by 06:08 hours. Management advised a video would be provided to police later.
21-014108- 932 Spring Creek Road (East Ridge Eye Center)-
The caller advised two homeless people were arguing behind the business. On scene police encountered Michael Godwin and Brittany G. Both were checked through dispatch. Godwin was found to have an East Ridge warrant (21-011170). He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale. Brittany was sent on her way. The argument was verbal.

Cynthia Gray was arrested for multiple East Ridge City Court Warrants at Court and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. 21-012214, 20-000070
4300 N. Terrace / Arrest
William Holcomb was taken into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Evidence following a traffic stop at this location. 21-014133
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Rico Weaver was arrested for East Ridge City Court warrants. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail by CPD. 21-014147
