September 25 Day Shift
4400 Bennett Road:
Henrietta Siler was issued a criminal trespass warning for East Ridge Middle School following a profanity laden outburst in the front office. Her hostilities were expressly directed toward school administrators, but she was quick to turn them toward law enforcement.
730 Germantown Circle 110 (Germantown Gardens):
Vehicle Burglary- Upon arrival police spoke to a man who advised sometime between 1400 hours 9-24-19 and 0555 hours 9-25-19 someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took a twenty-dollar bill from the center console. There are no suspects and no video of the incident.
730 Germantown Circle 722 (Germantown Gardens):
Vehicle Burglary- The complainant advised sometime between 2300 hours 9-23-19 and 0800 hours 9-24-19 someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took three dollars cash. There are no suspects or video of the incident.
730 Germantown Circle 106 (Germantown Gardens):
Vehicle Burglary- The complainant advised sometime between 9-23-19 1800 hours and 9-24-19 0830 hours an unknown suspect entered his vehicle. He advised nothing was taken. There is no video of the incident.
730 Germantown Circle 114 (Germantown Gardens):
Vehicle Burglary- Upon arrival police spoke to a man who advised sometime between 9-24-19 1900 hours and 9-25-19 1230 hours an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and took approximately fifteen dollars cash from the center console. There is no video of the incident.
5373 Reneau Way:
Vehicle Burglary- Upon arrival police contacted the complainant. He was able to show a video of individuals entering his vehicles at approximately 0230 hours. The victim advised the items known to be taken are black L.L. Bean backpack with red writing and the contents of a second. The victim advised he would email a video of the incident to police. The victim also advised the area had already been added to the watch list for recurring theft from vehicles.
State Line Road @ Greenslake Road:
Unknown 911- The unknown caller advised she needed police for an unknown reason just before the phone died. Dispatch was able to provide a phase two location for the phone in this intersection. Police checked the area but located no one in distress.
728 Frawley Road (Park Ridge Apartments):
Trespass/Disorder- Management called again to advise the trespassed juveniles from the original pool incident back in August. Police attempted to locate the two but were unsuccessful.
2011 Schmidt Road:
Suspicious Vehicle- The caller advised of a vehicle sitting on the road with the windows down. Upon arrival the vehicle was gone. The caller had requested to see police but left the area before police could make contact.
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East):
Delayed assault- Police responded regarding a female with a stab wound to the eye. Upon arrival it was determined the incident occurred in Georgia.
6700 Ringgold Road (Quality Inn):
Vandalism- Upon arrival police spoke to the complainant. He stated sometime between 9/24/2019 at 1930 hours and this morning at 0730 hours, someone broke the passenger side window on his work vehicle. Due to the placement of the vehicle, the incident was not caught on camera. The complainant advised no items were missing from his vehicle. There are no suspects.

3814 Altamira Drive:
Trespass- On Monday September 23rd, 2019 East Ridge code enforcement officers condemned this structure. While checking the residence police heard a dog barking inside. Upon entry Leif Plunkett, Kameron Peters, and Samuel McAllister were found sleeping. All three individuals were taken into custody and charged with aggravated criminal trespass. They were transported to 601. The two dogs on scene were taken by East Ridge animal control officers.
6514 Ringgold Road (Mapco):
Dog at Large- Police apprehended a white and brown pit bull type dog in the parking lot. It was transported to the animal shelter.
6106 Marietta Street:
Alarm- Police responded to the residence and found it appeared to be secure.
4320 Bennett Road (East Ridge High School):
Disorder- police were dispatched regarding several female juveniles arguing and possibly fighting. Upon arrival the situation was defused, and school administrators were contacted. Upon their arrival they took control of the children. The county SRO was not on scene.
4222 Ringgold (Speedway):
Theft- upon arrival police spoke to the manager. He advised a juvenile female was seen stealing candy and placing it in her pink backpack. The manager could not state what candy or how much was taken. He stated he would gather camera footage of the incident and give police a call when its ready to be picked up.

Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd. / Warrant Service:
Huckabee Bonding surrendered Jonathan Harris’s bond after he was found to be in contact with the victim of his domestic case. Huckabee Bonding took Harris into custody and brought him to police.
1417 Mack Smith Road / Missing Juvenile:
Juvenile white male left his grandmothers residence at the East Ridge Retirement Home while she was getting dinner at 16:30. He did not have permission to leave. The juvenile’s aunt and legal guardian stated he called a friend to pick him up and take him home to Signal Mountain before. Juvenile has a unruly petition pending and is schedule to see the Judge. Police checked the immediate area but was unable to locate.
635 Camp Jordan Pkwy / Alarm with Open Door:
Starbucks employee reported that when she arrived to work this morning, she found the front door unlock and the alarm sounding. Police checked the store but nothing was out of the ordinary.
404 Pine Bluff Drive / Residential Burglar Alarm:
Police spoke with homeowners whom stated all was clear and secure. They plan to contact alarm company to see why they are getting the false alarms.
