Night Shift September 19
24-012037 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Vandalism – Police responded to reports that a juvenile lost his temper and behaved violently by punching a hole in the wall. Police spoke to the juvenile and advised him of the consequences of unruly and delinquent behavior.
24-012038 – 4000 BLK Belvoir Pines Dr – Alarm – Police were dispatched to a Residential Alarm. Dispatch advised that the alarm was triggered by a back door sensor. Officers checked all doors and windows to verify that the residence was secured. Officers on the scene spoke with the RP through a Ring camera and were able to put them at ease.
24-012040 – 3100 BLK Bimini Place – Citizen Assist – Police assisted a party with her immigration letter that was delivered to a previous address where she had moved from two years ago. The current residents were irritated with Garcia’s failure to update her mailing address and stated they were not in possession of the immigration card.
24-012041 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Arrest – A man was arrested for Simple Possession at a traffic stop after he was observed driving without headlights on after dark. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail and three ounces of marijuana were seized.
24-021042-3900 BLK Ringgold Road-Traffic Stop/DUI Arrest – While on patrol police noticed a white Ford F150 fail to maintain its lane. Following a traffic stop, a man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, underage consumption, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane, and open container law. He was transported to The Hamilton County Jail without issues.
24-012045 – 1000 BLK Altamaha St – Noise Complaint – Police were dispatched to a noise complaint stating loud music was being played for roughly thirty minutes. On scene, units contacted the residents who turned in for the night.
