The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
September 16 – Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
David Cosby was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant. (21-013446)
1300 block San Hsi Drive (mental health):
A male subject came to the police department claiming to have been assaulted by his son. Police responded to this address and spoke with the man’s wife and son. It was learned the man is suffering from dementia, and his allegations were not true. Later on the man’s son called about being assaulted by his father who had no recollection of having come to the police department earlier in the day. The man was transported to Parkridge East for a mental evaluation. (21-013441)
6016 Welworth Avenue (auto burglary):
The complainant reprted the theft of a Taurus C3 9mm from the glovebox of her vehicle which occurred between 8/27 and today. She does not currently have a serial number. (21-013456)
1000 block S. Seminole Drive (fraud):
The resident of this address sent $2,000 of gift cards to a caller claiming to have warrants on the resident from El Paso, TX. There is no suspect information (21-013436)

September 16 – Night Shift
5900 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 21-013470):
Teezo Boyd was taken into custody for driving while revoked for DUI. Boyd also had active warrants through East Ridge. A passenger in the vehicle, Tabitha Harmon, was found to have warrants through Hamilton County. Both were transported to Silverdale.
3600 Bennett Rd (Arrests 21-013472):
Antavius Perry and Rayven Pierce were detained on Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop. They were transported to Silverdale for booking.
482 McBrien Rd (Arrest 21-013479):
Police made contact with a suspicious party, Devereaux Gothay, behind the At Home store. Gothay was found to have active warrants through Hamilton County. He was detained and transported to Silverdale.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-013481):
Police responded with EMS to an unconscious female at Walgreens. Officers arrived first and administered Narcan to the woman. She became conscious and alert after the administration of the Narcan. She refused transport to the hospital by EMS. She was taken into custody for possession of fentanyl and possession of oxycodone.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-01348):
Lakesha Mathis was detained on Hamilton County and Collegedale warrants. She was transported to Silverdale.
1300 block S Seminole Dr (Arrest 21-013487):
Crawford Bolden was detained on warrants through Ft Oglethorpe. He was transported to Silverdale to await extradition.
480 McBrien Rd (Arrests 21-013488):
Edward Moore was taken into custody for DUI. Moore’s passenger attempted to hide her identity because of five outstanding warrants in Hamilton County Criminal Court. Caroline Hedgecoth was taken into custody on her warrants and additionally charged with criminal impersonation.

September 17 – Day Shift
21-013492- Warrant Service-
Police were notified by CPD that they were out with a subject who had several possible East Ridge warrants. Police verified that Andre Allen had five Alias Capias warrants for driving on revoked. CPD transported Allen to Silverdale where he was served with his warrants.
21-013502- 6509 Slater Road (Sugar Plum Antiques)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised an unknown homeless female entered their closed business and attempted to steal items. On scene police spoke with the caller. The female had already left the area.
21-013504- 1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Suspicious Person/AOA Warrant Service-
The caller requested police speak with an unknown male in the parking lot bothering customers. On scene police located Terry Scott. He was checked for warrants and one was located through Hamilton County. He was transported to Silverdale.
21-013505- Ringgold Road @ I-75 South Off Ramp- Panhandler-
The caller advised of a homeless male standing at the intersection begging for money. On scene police advised the male he could not beg at the intersection and sent him on his way.
21-013507- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Auto Theft/AOA Warrant Service-
The caller advised her ex-husband, Charles Harris, was attempting to steal her car. On scene police encountered the husband trying to exit the motel parking lot. The theft was unfounded, but Harris had an extraditable warrant out of Georgia. He was transported to Silverdale.
21-013511- 6510 Ringgold Road (Stay Express Inn)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a homeless female walking on the property and yelling at staff. On scene police encountered her. She appeared to be in mental distress while speaking with officers. She agreed to be transported to Joe Johnson.
21-013517- 700 blk of South Germantown Road- Traffic Stop/Warrant Service-
Jasmine Bell was served several East Ridge warrants following a traffic stop at this location. She was transported to Silverdale.

September 17 – Night Shift
4300 block Ringgold (Arrest 21-013524):
Police responded for a female who had sat on a knife in her vehicle, which caused a laceration to her buttocks. A search of the vehicle yielded ecstasy and marijuana. The woman was transported to Parkridge East and released on a summons.
3900 block Ringgold Rd / Narcotics: (21-13522)
Jimmy Frady was taken into custody following a disorder at this location for public intoxication and possession of Fentanyl. Once located at the jail, Frady had concealed cocaine inside his person and was charged accordingly.
4000 Ringgold Rd / Warrant Service: (21-013584)
Elysia Wimpy was taken into custody on felony warrants through Hamilton County. Courtney Minor was taken into custody for felony warrants through Walker County following a traffic stop at this location.
21-0113544 1410 Mack Smith Road / Overdose:
Police responded to this location in reference to an overdose. Police arrived on scene and located a male subject unconscious. He was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment.
21-013535 – Speedway- (Arrest)-
John Doe was arrested for public intoxication at the speedway during a consensual encounter.
21-013538- 2000 McBriend / Traffic Stop (Arrest)-
James Tomlin III was taken into custody at this location following a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence.
Ringgold Rd @ Mack Smith (Arrest 21-013536):
A traffic stop was made on a vehicle involved in short-term traffic in the area. A consent search was gained, and approximately eight grams of meth, packaging material, and various paraphernalia was located in possession of Pamela Ford
