The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Sept. 14 Day Shift
3608 Craig Road- Vandalism-
On arrival police contacted the victim. He advised overnight, he believes around 2300 hours, an unknown suspect broke his front window at his residence. The victim stated the suspect used a decorative rock laying on the ground in front of the window. There are no suspects.
1417 Saint Thomas Street- Disorder/Vandalism-
Upon arrival police spoke to management and were advised the room was rented and a Curtis Cronnon had vandalized the toilet and the TV. The toilet lid had been smashed outside in the parking lot, and the TV had been smashed. The reporting party noted the management did not want to press charges but wanted a report for recording purposes since they would charge the card attached to the room.
3600 Bennett Road- Vandalism-
The caller reported sometime over the weekend her residence was egged. The suspects are unknown, but she feels the neighbor’s children are responsible.
1102 Tamarack Trail- Vandalism-
On arrival police contacted the victim who advised an unknown suspect(s) damaged the back hatch to his 2005 Ford Explorer between 0930 hours on 9/13/20 and 0953 on 9/14/20. It appeared that the suspect had pulled the window lid from the back hatch causing the entire back window to shatter. The victim did advise that it did not appear the suspect entered his vehicle. There is no suspect information.
604 Bacon Trail- Disorder-
The caller advised a black male was attempting to enter her apartment. Upon arrival officers located Demarcus Dillard. Dillard fit the description of the suspect male. He was detained and found to have a county warrant. Other charges are pending. Police attempted to contact the caller with no success.
1403 John Ross Road- Vandalism-
Upon arrival police spoke with a woman who advised sometime around 0730hrs this date, someone busted out the back window on her white GMC Sierra TN CNL 607, that was parked at this location. There is no suspect information.
3600 Shirl Jo Lane- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of a suspicious white pick up truck in the neighborhood. Upon police arrival the truck was gone.
Warrant Service-
Garaek Gaddis was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on a petition to revoke arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge, reference ER 167252. The original charge was simple possession.
416 Donaldson Road- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of a suspicious gray Honda parked in front of the neighbor’s apartment. Upon arrival it was found the vehicle belonged to a census worker.

Night Shift
482 McBrien Rd / Suspicious Activity:
Police received a call-in reference to a party refusing to leave this location after he was seen by management panhandling. Police contacted the party who agreed to leave the area.
1417 St. Thomas / Arrest:
Curtis Cronnon was taken into custody at this location for criminal trespass and public intoxication.
830 Germantown Road / Arrest:
William Birkhead was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location. Birkhead was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Violation of Window Tint Law, and Resisting Arrest. Birkhead was cleared for incarceration by Parkridge Medical after being tased.
3900 block Bennett Road/Check wellbeing:
Police were dispatched to this residence in reference to a wellbeing check on a two-month-old child. Upon speaking with the parents, the father was arrested on a Catoosa County warrant. Police asked the mother if she wanted to hurt herself, the baby or others and she responded yes, I want to hurt everyone in this world. She was transported to Parkridge East pending a mental health evaluation. The child was placed in the aunt’s custody. CPS report filed
3500 Cathy Lane/Evading:
Police attempted to stop a blue Toyota possibly Camry with a TN tag first letter M, the vehicle fled from police south on Donaldson Road.
800 S Seminole Dr/Evading:
Police attempted to stop a gray or brown Chevrolet possibly an HHR with a TN tag black male driver. The vehicle fled from police last seen at S Seminole and Navajo.
6400 Ringgold Road/Crash-Pedestrian:
A black 2004 Honda Element hit a pedestrian crossing from south side of Ringgold Road to the north side. Pedestrian was transported and signed out AMA.
1417 Wright St (Motel 6) Mental Health/Domestic Assault –
A male subject was arrested for Domestic Assault against his mother after he had a severe mental episode.
