Day Shift September 11
24-011633 – 700 BLK Belvoir Avenue – Theft from Vehicle – The resident stated sometime during the night, unknown parties entered her vehicle, ransacked the interior and stole her credit cards and driver’s license.
24-011636 – 4300 BLK Fountain Avenue – Vehicle Burglary – The caller reported persons unknown entered his unsecured Volkswagen Jetta while it was parked in his driveway between the hours of 2000 on 09/10/2024 and 0800 this date. There is no suspect information and only a pink vape was taken from the vehicle.
24-011650 – Sweetbriar Road @ Fountain Avenue – Disorder – Police spoke with a female complainant at this location where she reported a male party in a truck verbally assaulted her due to his disagreement of her driving ability.
24-011659 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Theft – The victim reported someone altered a check she wrote for $1,000. The payee’s name was changed, and the phone number had been removed. The RP closed the bank account and was advised to contact the police if she finds any other altered checks.
Night Shift September 11
24-011679 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane – Unconscious Person / Arrest – Police responded to the report of an unconscious person in a vehicle. A man was found passed out in his truck and showed several signs of intoxication. He was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Possession of a Legend Drug.
24-011671 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person / Assist Other Agency – Police observed a suspicious person standing near a local business. Officers approached the individual and identified him. He was found to have an active warrant for Public Intoxication through the City of Collegedale. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
24-011687 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Disorder / Arrest – Police responded to a disorder with a CON patient and found a female had attempted to flee the hospital and created a disturbance in the workflow. The female also yelled obscenities and threats toward the responding police officers and medical personnel. The hospital staff cleared the female before she was charged with Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
24-011689 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person / Arrest – Police observed a white SUV parked in front of the restaurant and approached the vehicle’s driver. It was found that he was listed as the aggressor in an active Temporary Protection Order, and that he was in possession of firearm. He was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
24-011675- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Theft – The hospital reported a man left with a wheelchair without the staff’s permission. Police located him across the street from the hospital and found he had two broken ankles. Officers assisted him in contacting a family member who responded to the location. The wheelchair was returned to the hospital and no charges were filed for the incident.
24-011678- 1500 BLK McBrien Road- Miscellaneous – Police and Fire personnel responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Police located the victim and determined he had not been hit by a car. The individual appeared to be very animated, and his behavior most likely led to the report. Police checked on the individual’s welfare and he departed the area.
24-011666- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder / Arrest – Police responded to the report of a nude male outside of the business. Officers found him nude near the wood line and in public view, sitting on a large rock. Police also determined that he was intoxicated from an illegal substance. He was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication and Public Indecency.
