Day Shift October 4
23-012581- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a homeless male was loitering in the public restroom at this location. Officers spoke with the man who was checked for warrants and asked to leave the property.
23-012584- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a homeless female was on the property refusing to leave. Officers spoke with the party, checked for warrants, and asked her to leave the property.
23-012589- 6400 BLK BLK Ringgold Road- Indecent Exposure- The caller advised of a homeless male on the property with his pants down around his ankles. On scene police located the male on Mack Smith Road. He was identified, checked for warrants, and sent on his way. The caller could not be located.
12598- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a homeless male had been sleeping behind the church. On scene police located the man walking on Ringgold Road. He was advised to not be back on the property.
Night Shift October 4
23-012601 – 6700 Standifer Gap Road – Arrest-Warrant – A party was arrested on Forfeiture Capias warrants for Theft over $1000, Aggravated Assault, and Driving on Revoked License.
23-012602 – S. Germantown Road @ Cathy Lane – Suspicious Person – A party was talking to God asking for help walking which concerned a caller. Police gave the party a courtesy ride at her request to 727 E 11th Street, Community Kitchen. Technically her prayers were answered.
23-012606 – 2100 BLK McBrien Road – Crash-Injuries/Aggravated Assault – Police responded to an accident with injuries in the 2100 block of McBrien Road. Upon speaking with the reporting party on scene the incident was discovered to be an aggravated assault after the suspect vehicle struck the reporting party before leaving the scene.
23-012607 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Public Intoxication – Police were dispatched to a suspicious person. The party, who happened to be the same pants-down-walker from day shift, was discovered by police with his pants down in front of the mirror of the hospital lobby bathroom. The man exhibited signs of narcotics impairment. He was taken into custody for PI and transported to jail where he was denied by jail medical staff and returned to the hospital where he was admitted as a patient. Once cleared for incarceration he was transported back to jail and charged with public intoxication.
23-012611 – 2000 BLK Lee Street – Disorder – Police responded to this location for a disorder complaint. A party was found to have warrants out of Sessions Court and transported to Hamilton County Jail on those warrants.
23-012615 – 3100 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest-Drugs – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle failing to maintain lane. During the encounter an officer experienced possible exposure to narcotics and was transported by EMS. After a probable cause search of the vehicle, two parties were taken into custody on narcotics charges. One was charged with possession of meth for resale, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The other was charged with possession of meth for resale, possession of schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
