Day Shift October 27
23-013604- 6500 BLK Burr St- Disorder- Police contacted a woman who had her bushes removed by her neighbor’s lawn care company. She requested a report to be on file for civil court.
23-013662 – 1300 BLK St. Thomas St. – Disorder Prevention- Police stood by while residents removed personal items after being removed from the house.
Night Shift October 27
23-013638,23-013636– 4800 BLK Fike Drive – Shots Fired – Police responded to the area of Fike Drive and S Moore Road on two separate occasions regarding possible shots fired. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate shell casings. Officers on scene were advised a house located on Armour St. is under construction and possibly the source of the noise.
23-013639 – 1300 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Domestic Assault – Police responded to a disorder between roommates. While questioning both parties, police observed one to be drunk and making threats against the other. He was arrested for domestic assault and public intoxication.
23-013640 – Camp Jordan Pkwy@Camp Jordan Rd – Traffic Stop / Warrant – A man was stopped for a stop sign violation at Frawley and Buelah. He was arrested on warrant from sessions court for failure to appear for theft.
Day Shift October 28
23-013652 – 600 BLK Bacon Trail – Disorder – Police to this address in reference to an unwanted party. Officers contacted him and learned he had an active warrant for harassment involving the reporting party. He was also charged with driving while suspended, DUI and open container violation.
23-013646 – 1400 BLK Sewanee Drive – Burglary – The RP called police to report firearms inside of two safes, two Play Station 3 consoles, and three Play Station 3 controllers were stolen from his property which was burglarized overnight. No suspect information is available currently. Latent prints were lifted from the address.
Night Shift October 28
23-013686 – Fountain Avenue @ Belvoir Avenue – Child Found – A child approximately 4 years old was found at the intersection of Fountain Ave and Belvoir Ave wearing nothing but a diaper. Police attempted to locate the parents/guardians without success. The child was checked out by EMS and then transported to medical attention in Chattanooga.
23-013686 – 800 BLK Belvoir Crest Drive – Follow-Up – Officers had located a non-verbal juvenile, approximately four years old, in the early morning hours of 10/29. Police were unable to locate the parents at the time and the child was transported and transferred to CPS custody. Officers canvased the area and received a call at approximately 0900 of a child missing from the above address. The mother was notified of the child’s whereabouts and placed in contact with a CPS case worker.
23-013246 – 2300 BLK Chambliss Avenue, NW, Cleveland, TN – Arrest-Warrant – A man was arrested on warrants for Felony Evading, Reckless Driving and Driving While License Revoked, Suspended.
23-013665 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Criminal Trespass – A man was criminally trespassed without incident after the manager reported a previous incident of narcotics possession on the premises. It was reported that he had handed cocaine to the server/bartender about one week ago, but he left the scene before police arrived.
23-013677 – 5800 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle failing to maintain lane. A woman was taken into custody following a vehicle search. She was charged with possession of a schedule II substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also found to have a warrant out of Walker County, GA.
23-013687 – I75 NB on Ramp – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant out of East Ridge for Theft over $2,500.
23-013690 – 1600 BLK Prigmore Road – DUI – A man was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop conducted after speeding and failure to maintain lane on Ringgold Rd. He was also cited for driving without a license. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
Day Shift October 29
23-013693 – 3400 BLK Shadowlawn Road – Automobile Theft – Police responded to this address at the request of CPD to speak with the owners of a vehicle they made contact with in Chattanooga. Officers spoke with the vehicle owners who advised someone must have stolen it overnight.
23-013709 -4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Officers responded to a report of approximately five juvenile males shoplifting products. Police contacted one of the juveniles near East Ridge City Hall. They were trespassed at the request of the business. During the report process, it was learned one of the juveniles had been trespassed in August. Juvenile attachments will be sought.
Night Shift October 29
23-013714 & 23-013719 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive – Suspicious Person/Arrest – Police responded to two parties shoplifting. Loss Prevention recognized the same couple from a separate shoplifting incident from surveillance yesterday. Police detained a man and woman for questioning, but the male party attempted to flee. One subject had warrants in sessions court and was also charged with shoplifting, evading arrest, and resisting stop, halt, frisk. The female party was in possession of schedule II narcotics and was arrested for shoplifting, possession of schedule II, and paraphernalia. Both parties were criminally trespassed.
23-013717 – 700 BLK Frawley Road– Domestic Assault – Police responded to this location, where a woman stated her boyfriend punched her in the face multiple times after an argument. Police observed swelling and discoloration on her left eye, swelling on her bottom lip, and arrested the man for domestic assault.
