22-014863- 6600 Ringgold Rd- DUI – Wesley Goodwin was taken into custody during a traffic stop. He had been observed by employees falling as he exited his vehicle to purchase more alcohol. He never made it into the store.
22-014862- 5400 BLK Ringgold Rd- Fraud- Police were dispatched to speak with a detective from Pigeon Forge PD. Police were advised that the suspect was in possession of a check stolen from a business in Pigeon Forge. The suspect then cashed the altered check for over $1,900 at a local bank. The investigation is ongoing however charges are pending.
22-014850 – 6300 BLK Brack St – Found Property – The resident reported finding a very used red with black BMX styled bicycle in the bushes across the street from her residence and wanted to turn it into the police.
22-014857 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Theft – The manager from the store reported two female subjects entered the store and stole several items from multiple vendors before leaving in a purple Ford Mustang. One of the females returned today in a black Ford F-150 and was confronted by a store employee. The subject then left the scene.
22-014867 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Check the Well-being – Police received a BOLO for a silver Chrysler 300 due to the driver appearing slumped over and unable to maintain his travel lane. Police located the vehicle and encountered the driver, who was experiencing effects of advanced aging and just drove slower than other traffic.
22-014868 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Rd – Vandalism – A citizen reported the rear window to her Honda Accord was shattered while she was visiting a local business. There was no suspect information.

22-014877 – 100 BLK Kingwood Drive – Disorder – Police responded to this location after a neighbor called in about a man threatening him. On scene Police determined the disorder to be verbal over a flower from a separate neighbor’s yard. A miscellaneous report was completed.
22-014894 – 5300 Greenbriar Road – Theft from a Motor Vehicle – Police took a theft report from this address. The suspect entered the complainant’s vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the home and stole various items. The suspect vehicle is an older model silver sedan.
22-014883 – 6708 Ringgold Road – Assault – Police responded to this location regarding an assault. Once on scene, the victim stated her friend refused to return her belongings that were inside his vehicle. At this point, the victim placed herself on the hood of his car before he proceeded to take off with the victim still on the hood of his vehicle. The suspect continued to drive from the Park Ridge apartments onto Ringgold Rd. before braking hard in front of the Circle-K Gas station which forced her to fall from the vehicle. The victim refused to prosecute for the assault.
22-014882 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Abandoned Child – Police responded to this location to back up fire. While on scene, Police located two small Children alone in one of the rooms. Parents were located and DCS was notified.
22-014873 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Back Fire / Arson – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a fire alarm. A small fire was located near room 2228 where police and fire located a bag of smoking garbage. Police observed video footage of the incident and motel staff advised they would work on preserving the video evidence and provide it to police the following day.
22-014884 – 125 Kingwood Drive – Aggravated Assault – Roger Powers was arrested for aggravated assault after he severely assaulted the victim.
22-014891 – 3636 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Kasey Holman was taken into custody on an active warrant from Hamilton County for theft of property.
22-014880 – 400 BLK Sioux Trail – Assist Other Agency – ERPD located a robbery suspect and vehicle at this location. ERPD detained the suspect until CPD could arrive on scene. Once CPD was on scene, ERPD returned to service.
