Day Shift October 12
23-012954- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Criminal Trespass Resisting Arrest – A man was found on this property in which he had previously been issued a Criminal Trespass Warning. He was arrested for Criminal Trespass and. after a brief struggle, Resisting Arrest.
23-012957 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Narcotics Violation/Arrest – While assisting Codes Enforcement with clearing homeless parties from trespassing in the area, police encountered a party. While speaking with him, he originally provided a false name and was detained after his information could not be verified. He then advised he had some narcotics in his possession and was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Night Shift October 12
23-012965 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/DUI – Police initiated a traffic stop with a Dodge Charger at 5600 Ringgold Road. The vehicle slowed down but did not stop until it reached the intersection of San Hsi Drive and Spring Creek Road. The driver of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a fake driver’s license. He also appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, and was given a Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The man was taken into custody and charged with Driving under the Influence, Evading Arrest, Driving without a License and Criminal Simulation.
23-012969 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Following a traffic stop, a man was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant out of Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Blevins was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-012971 – 7600 BLK Standifer Gap – Warrant Service – A woman was taken into custody by the Collegedale Police Department and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. At the jail, she was served with an Alias Capias arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended License.
23-012980 – 5000 BLK S Terrace – Assist Other Agency – Police officers located an unoccupied vehicle displaying a stolen license plate out of Florida. Officers determined the vehicle was in the Chattanooga Police Department’s jurisdiction. The Chattanooga Police Department responded to the location and took possession of the stolen registration.
