Police Briefs for October 13

Dayshift October 12, 2022

22-014172 – Germantown Circle – Disorder –

Disorder between adult brother and sister. Police arrived on scene and separated the parties. The brother agreed to leave the apartment for the time-being.

22-014173 – Fountain Ave – Identity Theft –

The caller stated she posted her credit score on social media the previous day and discovered someone opened two credit cards using her information. The investigation is still ongoing.

22-014175- Spring Creek Rd – Mental Health Consumer Escape –

A party waiting on a CON left the emergency room without authorization. Police checked the area and located the party in Lansdell Park. The subject was collected and returned to the hospital.

Nightshift October 12-13, 2022

22-014205 – Whitehead Avenue – Alarm –

Police responded to this location in reference to a residential alarm sounding for over an hour. On scene Police determined the alarm was coming from a malfunctioning alarm in the back yard of this location. The malfunctioning alarm was turned off.

22-014206 – 4318 Lazard Street – Domestic Assault –

Nicholas Purser was taken into custody for domestic assault at this location. Purser fled the scene prior to police arrival but was located attempting to blend in with a thin fence line in a neighbors’ yard. He was apprehended and charged with two counts of Domestic Assault and Public Intoxication.

22-014215 – Mack Smith – Disorder –

Security called in stating a female was drunk outside of her room yelling at people. Police were able to get the intoxicated party back in her room.

22-014196 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service –

Police served an arrest warrant to Kenneth Phillips while he was already incarcerated at Silverdale Jail.

22-014208 – Spring Creek Road – Unwanted person –

Police were called due to a patient refusing to leave after being treated. After speaking with police, the subject voluntarily vacated the property.

22-014209 – Bass Pro Drive – Suspicious Person –

Police contacted a male party under a vehicle in the parking lot. It was learned the vehicle belonged to the male and he was doing mechanical work on his vehicle.

22-014210 – 6944 Glen Errol Way – Domestic Assault –

Police were called here in reference to a disorder. Police determined the altercation to be a mutual combatant incident. All parties were separated for the evening.
