October 02 – Day Shift
21-014322- 7317 Haven Hill Lane- Animal Call-
Police responded to this address with animal control on an aggressive dog. On scene police stood by while animal control handled the call.
21-014334- 3100 blk of Ringgold Road- Unknown Trouble-
The caller advised of an adult male shaking his fist at a juvenile female in the bed of a pickup truck. The truck was last observed traveling east on Ringgold Road. Police checked the area and further east on Ringgold Road with nothing/no one located.

October 02 – Night Shift
639 Camp Jordan Pkwy / Arrest: 21-014351
Police received calls in reference to an intoxicated female at this location. Police responded and found Donna Renz in her vehicle parked in the wrong lane of travel on Wright Street. It was determined by police Renz was extremely intoxicated, and she was charged accordingly.
4150 Ringgold Rd / Overdose: 21-014360
Police responded to a drug overdose at Walmart where a female was located half-dressed in the female bathroom sitting on the toilet. She was also in possession of a loaded syringe and one-half gram of heroin. Police administered Narcan after they were unable to wake her. She was transported to the hospital by EMS, and warrants for possession are pending.
21-014359 – 5000 block Newport Drive – Domestic Assault –
Police were dispatched to this location in regard to a domestic assault. A female subject advised that her intoxicated ex-boyfriend became angry and assaulted her; however, he fled the scene on foot when police arrived. Police were unable to locate the party. Warrants will be sought for his arrest.
21-014370 – 1400 S. Moore Rd – Traffic stop (arrest) –
Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Dodge Magnum for a light law violation. Police conducted a probable cause search and located a stolen firearm. A juvenile male was taken into custody for theft of property and transported to JDU.
21-014374 – 1500 Prater Rd – Traffic stop (arrest) –
Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford Fusion driven by Alexander Juarez. He was taken into custody for DUI and transported to Silverdale Detention Center without incident.
2003 Schmidt Rd. Narcotics Arrest (21-014371):
Damien Hicks was arrested for possession of Meth, Marijuana, and paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.

October 03 – Day Shift
21-014378- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Disorder with a Weapon-
An unknown male caller advised he and his girlfriend were fighting and she attempted to stab him. He advised dispatch he was in room 120 and then disconnected. On scene, police checked the property with no one located. Police also checked the surrounding motels with nothing located. Dispatch was not able to regain contact with the caller.
21-014379- 4011 Fountain Avenue- Vehicle Burglary-
The complainant called to advise an unknown suspect(s) entered both of her unlocked vehicles between the hours of 0100 and 0400 on today’s date. The complainant told police her husband discovered both of their vehicles had been ransacked this morning. She advised nothing appeared to be missing. There is no other information.
21-014380- 4320 Bennett Road (East Ridge High School)- Miscellaneous-
The elderly caller requested police look at a suspicious garbage bag sitting beside the school sign. On scene the bag was found to be full of garbage.
21-014383- 5400 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Jawan White was arrested following a traffic stop at this location. He was charged with possession of a firearm while under the influence and possession of schedule six narcotics.
21-014385- 3635 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Possible Shoplifting/Suspicious Activity-
Management called to advise of a possible theft occurring. She advised an unknown male was acting suspicious in the store. On scene police observed the male in the checkout line paying for his items.
21-014386- 4102 Belvoir Drive- Vehicle Burglary-
The complainant called to report an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicles. He advised this occurred between the hours of 2300 on 10/2/21 and 0600 on today’s date. Complainant advised two fully loaded Glock magazines and approximately $20 worth of miscellaneous costume jewelry were taken. Complainant also stated he and his wife have security cameras with coverage of the driveway.
21-014388- 3400 block Gail Drive- Disorder-
An anonymous caller advised neighbors were involved in a very loud disorder. While police were en route the caller advised several people were leaving the residence. Once on scene police checked the residence but no one appeared to be home.
21-014389- 3500 blk of Bennett Road- Possible Shots Heard-
The caller advised hearing one gunshot somewhere in the neighborhood. Police check the area with nothing found.

October 03 – Night Shift
21-014399 500 block Notre Dame Avenue / False Reports:
Police responded to a call at this address of a female in the front yard yelling that she was going to kill herself. Police were advised by dispatch that the caller was from the 600 block of Notre Dame Avenue and could view this occurrence from their home. Police arrived on scene and contacted the female resident, who stated that she had been in an argument with her brother earlier in the day and did not wish to harm herself. Police were provided with the phone number for the brother and confirmed that this was the number that called 911. Police also confirmed that the residence in the 600 block of Notre dame could not be viewed from the yard of the house in the 500 block of Notre Dame. Report on file.
21-014413 3750 S Terrace / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
A juvenile male was arrested for underage driving while impaired and reckless driving following a traffic stop at this location.
21-013498- Intoxicated Person/arrest –
Police were dispatched to 5510 Ringgold Rd. regarding a male who appeared to be intoxicated. While the RP was on the phone with dispatch, the male drove from O’Reilly’s to the coin laundry across the street. Police made contact with the male, identified as Juan Domingo. Domingo admitted to driving the vehicle with his family inside it. Ten open beer cans were located inside the vehicle, and he smelled heavily of alcohol. Domingo was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence 2nd, two counts of reckless endangerment on behalf of the children, driving without a license, and an open container violation.
