The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
Oct. 26 Day Shift
1000 Spring Creek Road (Unconscious Party):
The Spring Creek Elementary staff reported a Hispanic female was passed out in a white van in the parking area. Police, Fire and EMS responded to the scene and determined that the lady was experiencing a medical event. A friend came to the scene and took the driver, vehicle, and children home.
6880 Village Lake Cir (Suspicions Activity) :
Multiple parties reported a homeless camp set up on the south west side of the Village Lake subdivision property. Police responded and found a woman in a large tent with several items laying around it. She stated that the she was simply camping and had permission to be on the site. Police checked the property lines through the Hamilton County GIS website and determined that her camp site was outside of the Village Lake property by approximately 10 feet. Police were not able to determine the property ownership of the land next to Village Lake and will conduct further research into the matter. She is a known homeless, mental health consumer and has repeatedly claimed to lease or manage the property for which her camp site is located.
4323 Ringgold Rd. (theft):
While providing landscaping services for Suntrust Bank, the complainant had a Husqvarna backpack blower stolen from the bed of his employer’s truck.
3908 Ringgold Rd. (disorder):
Police responded to the CVS regarding a domestic disorder. The involved parties were gone prior to police arrival.

Night Shift
302 Dunlap / Disorder:
Police were called by an unknown party who advised there was a fight outside the apartments at this location. Upon police arrival nothing was located.
4100 Ringgold Rd. / Narcotics:
Justin Henson was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at this location.
700 Germantown Cir / Narcotics:
Jasmine Grisham was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of Xanax following a traffic stop at this location.
800 Germantown Rd. / Evading:
Police attempted to stop a dark green Acura Integra with Georgia registration for reckless driving. The vehicle was traveling 80 MPH in a 40 MPH zone as well as not maintaining his lane of travel. The vehicle fled from police and continued west onto Ringgold Road. Police deactivated ALL emergency equipment and allowed the suspect to safely flee the area.
6519 Ringgold Road / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
Super 8 Motel requested police check a car parked on the northwest end of the motel. Amanda Johanson and Christopher Stevenson were arrested for Auto Theft over $2500.
6519 Ringgold Road, Room Unknown / Sexual Assault:
A female reported being touched inappropriately by a male subject. This occurred in July.
