The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
October 14 – Day Shift
1503 McDonald/ Stolen Car Recovery 21-002977:
2017 Dodge Ram was reported stolen in March of this year. Vehicle was successfully repossessed in Atlanta within the last few days. Atlanta Police contacted ERPD once they discovered it had been reported stolen along with the original reporter.
1522 Tombras Ave/ Animal Call:
Caller said there was a large racoon in her front yard that looked like it was hit by a car. ERAS arrived and took the animal away for evaluation. No number
604 BACON TRAIL (SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY (21-014949):
Police were dispatched to this location on a suspicious vehicle. A black 2014 Chevy Cruz was located and discovered to have been stolen out of Chattanooga on 10/13/2021. Police came into contact with Demarcus Dillard who was observed getting out of the vehicle by a witness. Dillard was located walking west on Anderson Avenue. Dillard was taken into custody for possession of a stolen vehicle and schedule one drugs. Dillard was transported to the Hamilton County Jail to be booked and processed.

6700 Ringgold Rd. (21-014975) – Warrent Arrest
Holly Reeves was arrested on Hamilton County warrants and additionally charges with Criminal Impersonation by attempting to hide her identity.
4214 Ringgold Rd. (21-014979) –DUI
Jeffrey England drove to ERPD stating the car he is driving is his friends, people are following him and he wants to know what to do with the car. England was arrested for “Drugged Driving.”
4214 Ringgold Rd. (21-014980) – Warrant Arrest
Jesse Roberts was arrested on East Ridge warrants.
I-24W (21-014982,21-014983) –Warrant Arrest
Pursuant to a traffic stop, Freginald Conyers was arrested on East Ridge warrants and Possession of Meth.
I-24W (21-014984) –Warrant Arrest
Pursuant to a traffic stop, Kelshia Hicks was arrested on Hamilton County warrants and additionally charged with Criminal Impersonation by attempting to hide her identity.
I-75N @1mm (21-014989) Runaway Juvenile
A juvenile is listed as missing out of Sequatchie County. The custodial grandparents were alerted that the juvenile was in Florida and retrieved her. Upon return and stopping at the Welcome Center, the juvenile ran off into the woods. Officers searched the area, but the juvenile was not found. The juvenile was not (re-)entered in NCIC as she is still listed as missing.

October 15 – Day Shift
21-014993 – 4320 Bennett Rd – Alarm:
Police responded to an alarm at the East Ridge High School. On scene, police determined that maintenance workers set off the alarm by accident.
21-014999 – 700 block Belvoir Ave – Domestic Assault:
A female subject reported that her adult son assaulted her in the kitchen of her home. She stated the attack was unprovoked. Police found marks and a cut consistent with an assault. The complainant’s son was located in the 800 block of Belvoir Ave and was arrested for Domestic Assault. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and Conditions of Release given.
21-015002 – 1503 McDonald Rd – Theft/Mental Health:
An adult female contacted police and stated that a male known as Nathan stole her money and cell from her motel room. On scene, police did not locate Nathan but determined the female needed mental health assistance. The female agreed to the assistance and was transported by police to Volunteer Behavioral Health in Chattanooga.
21-013569 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service:
Lauren Smith was served with an original warrant for Aggravated Burglary at the Hamilton County Jail.
21-015011- 6400 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/AOA Arrest-
Deandre Winkfield was arrested on Maury County warrants following at traffic stop at this location. Winkfield was transported to Silverdale without incident.

2025 Lee Street / Traffic Stop (21-015030):
A male juvenile was taken into custody for speeding, resisting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession following a traffic stop.
5301 Ringgold Rd / Arrest: (21-015023)
Christopher Mead was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location. Mead was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Aggravated Child Endangerment, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
21-015035 – Warrant Service –
Thomas Ivester was arrested on East Ridge warrants following a traffic stop.
Assist Other Agency – 3327 Pinewood Ave – No number assigned –
ERPD was called to assist THP, who was fighting with a suspect at this location. ERPD assisted THP and CPD in taking the male into custody.
21-015022 Warrant Service:
Billy Whitefield Jr. was taken into custody on active East Ridge Warrants.
Warrant Service:
Michael Benning was taken into custody by CPD on active warrants from East Ridge.
