Day Shift October 16
24-013253 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Arrest – While working an extra-duty job, the on-duty officer was summoned to the emergency department in refence to a disorderly patient. The party was found to be highly intoxicated and very uncooperative with staff. He was eventually medically cleared and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.
24-013262 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Found Property – Police spoke with the front desk employee who stated one of the room cleaners found a gun under the mattress. The gun was found fully loaded with one in the chamber and was placed into property and evidence at East Ridge Police Department.
24-013266 – 1600 BLK Prater Road – Traffic Stop – An officer attempted to make a stop on a black Nissan Armada for multiple traffic infractions. Once officers used their lights and siren to stop the vehicle it proceeded to pass a vehicle by going over the center yellow line and flee down Prater Road Southbound into Georgia. Officers did not pursue the vehicle further.
Night Shift October 16
24-012854 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – Dispatch notified police that a man was out at the jail and needed a warrant verified. Units verified the warrant, went to the jail, and delivered Conditions of Release to the victim. The party had warrants for Domestic Assault, Public Intoxication, Disorderly conduct, and Resisting Arrest.
24-013271 – 100 BLK Fawn Drive – Civil Matter – Police spoke with a party regarding her divorce. She asked officers for an escort to get belongings and avoid confrontation with her spouse. This is the 4th request for police escort in the past several days. Police advised her they could no longer assist in this civil matter and advised her to seek counsel from a civil attorney.
24-013277 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Violation / Arrest – A woman was arrested for simple possession of narcotics and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia after police located narcotics and drug paraphernalia in her hotel room and inside her pockets. She was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
24-013278 – 1700 BLK Keeble Street – Missing Persons – The caller reported her two daughters and her juvenile grandson missing. The three were last seen at the above address on 10/16/2024 at around 2100 hours. She claimed to have custody of her grandson but could not provide any documents supporting this. All three individuals were entered into NCIC as missing at her request.
