Day Shift November 8
23-014160 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – Officers were asked to check for a stolen Ford F150 by Red Bank Police. The vehicle was located, and the occupant of the room was found to be in possession of the keys. She was taken into custody for possession of stolen property. The woman also had several warrants through Hamilton County.
23-014152 -6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Shoplifting- Warrants were sought to arrest a man for shoplifting. Police were able to easily identify him because the responding officer had assisted him moments earlier with a vehicle maintenance issue.
Night Shift November 8
23-014186 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served warrants on a man while out with CPD. He had an alias capias warrant for driving while license revoked.
23-014189 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Drug Arrest – Police conducted a park and walk and observed a male and female sitting inside a vehicle. Upon seeing the driver shove something between the seats they were asked out of the car. A woman inside the car was found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
23-013973 – 900 E 14TH Street – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody by CPD for an East Ridge arrest warrant. The charge was Resisting Stop, Frisk, Halt. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-013973 – 900 E 14TH Street – Warrant Service – Another man was taken into custody by CPD for five East Ridge arrest warrants. The charges were Evading, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Driving without a License, and Theft over $1,000. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-014194 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Officers observed a female with a bicycle walking through the parking lot. The female observed police and attempted to conceal herself near a stairwell. Contact was made with the woman who stated she was going to see a friend in a room. Officers contacted the occupants to verify the information provided. While speaking with them drug paraphernalia was observed in plain view. They consented to a search of the room which resulted in officers locating a small bag of fentanyl and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia in property owned by another person, who was taken into custody for narcotics and paraphernalia charges. Another admitted to having drug paraphernalia in her purse and was issued a misdemeanor citation. All three parties were issued trespass warnings at the request of management.
23-014191 – 1600 BLK S Seminole Drive – Suspicious Activity – The reporting party called stating that she heard her storage building door slam. Police checked around the house and nothing was located.
