Day Shift November 1
24-013889 – 1000 BLK McBrien Road – Domestic Assault – During an investigation, officers found that a man had followed his ex-girlfriend the night prior in a road rage incident. He reportedly drove up next to her vehicle and began banging loudly on her driver’s side window before she drove off. He then sent a text message that put her in great fear for her safety. He was arrested for Domestic Assault (Intimidation
24-013911 – 1600 BLK Castleberry Avenue – Harassment – A caller stated a party was attempting to create false reports as well harass him. It was determined when talking with the party that the events of the call took place In Chattanooga. Based on this the call was turned over to Chattanooga Police.
Night Shift November 1
24-013927 – 5900 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity / Arrest – Police were advised two individuals had attempted to jump the fence at the storage facility. Officers located a juvenile and an adult female. During a consent search, Police located 4.8 grams of methamphetamine, 3.8 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe on the adult. She was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Simple Possession, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The juvenile was provided with a ride home.
24-003683 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – Officers with the Chattanooga Housing Authority detained a man and determined he had an arrest warrant through East Ridge for Possession of Marijuana for Resale. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he was served with the arrest warrant.
24-013941 – 3700 BLK Anderson Avenue – Aggravated Assault – Police responded to an assault at this address and located a woman with a large laceration on her forehead. She stated she had been “beat up” but would not identify the suspect. Her boyfriend was on scene but would not provide any additional details for the incident. Warrants are pending identification of the suspect and police will conduct a follow-up with the victim.
24-023936 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft of Merchandise – An unknown male entered the store and took nine cases of beer without paying for them. The suspect then left in a tan colored Chevrolet SUV. The store provided security video for the incident and warrants are pending the identification of the suspect.
Day Shift November 2
24-013946 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant/Drug Arrest – After a traffic stop, a man was taken into custody on an active fugitive warrant. A search yielded approximately 1 gram of suspected methamphetamine in his pants pocket. His female passenger was arrested for paraphernalia.
24-013948 – 5300 BLK Greenbriar Road – Disorder/Arrest/Warrant Arrest – Police were dispatched to this address on report of a female stating a man had stolen her phone and left. Officers found a male matching his description walking nearby. The male identified himself with a false name, but it was later found the man was the named suspect in the theft. He had an active warrant and was additionally charged with Criminal Impersonation.
Night Shift November 2
24-013968 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Shoplifting – An employee reported an attempted theft that occurred on October 21, 2024. According to the Loss Prevention Report, a female attempted to steal $600 worth of household goods by “skip-scanning” them. Employees were able to intervene, and all items were recovered. The identity of the suspect was unknown.
24-013969 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Shoplifting – An employee reported a shoplifting incident. According to the employee’s report, a woman used a movie rental card to give the appearance of paying for her merchandise. The suspect then left the store with approximately $25 worth of merchandise. The identity of the suspect was unknown.
24-013978 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder involving an intoxicated male. The man attempted to purchase alcoholic beverages and argued with the staff when his sale was denied. Police located the suspect walking southbound on Tombras Avenue and arrested him. He was charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
24-013976 – 1400 BLK N Smith Street – Motor Vehicle Crash / Vehicle Rollover – Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with unknown injuries. Police found a white Nissan Sentra struck a parked car and flipped onto its side. The driver was unable to get out of the vehicle so the back window was broken to assist him. The driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by EMS.
24-013982 – 4000 BLK Ringgold Road – Motor Vehicle Crash / Vehicle Rollover – Police responded to a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Ringgold Road and John Ross Road. Police found one of vehicles had flipped over and was resting on its top. EMS responded to the location and all vehicle occupants were treated and released at the scene.
Day Shift November 3
24-013991- 3200 BLK Navajo Drive- Disorder/ Trespass – Police were called about a party being disruptive inside the church for the second week in a row. She was trespassed from the church at the request of the pastor.
24-013997-3400 BLK Ringgold Road-Crash/DUI arrest – Police were called in reference to a vehicle crashing into a power pole in the 3400 block of Ringgold Road. When police arrived, they were informed the driver of the vehicle fled into a local business. Officers located him inside of a business with two small children. The man was found to be under the influence of alcohol and had two small children unsecured inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. He was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment, and DUI.
24-013989 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Public Intoxication – A party was arrested for Public Intoxication after police were dispatched to a disorder in the parking lot.
Night Shift November 3
24-013858 – 2500 BLK DeSales Road, Chattanooga – Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Following a LPR notification, the Chattanooga Police Department located a stolen 2017 Jeep Renegade in a hospital parking lot. The vehicle was unoccupied, and no suspects were found in the area. The Jeep was originally reported stolen out of East Ridge on October 31. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
24-014009 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Vehicle – Hotel staff reported a grey truck, with no bed, was driving around the parking lot. Police checked the area and found an unoccupied Chevrolet van that had been cut to make a pickup truck. Police added extra patrols to the area for the remainder of the shift.
24-014010 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Arrest – Following a traffic stop, a woman was taken into custody for Driving While License Revoked For DUI. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
24-014015 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Assist Other Agency – A passerby reported a disorder on Spring Creek Road near the hospital. Police checked the area and located an upset female just inside the Chattanooga city limits. A male on a bicycle was also located further down the road in East Ridge. Upon further investigation, police determined that the pair were involved in a domestic assault in Chattanooga. Officers from the Chattanooga Police Department responded to the location and arrested both individuals. One was also found to have several warrants through Sessions Court.
