Day Shift November 14, 2022
20-015729- 4900 BLK Maryland Dr- Harassment- It was reported that a party, who had recently been arrested for Aggravated Assault there, was driving by. The RP alleged there was an order of protection in place but no such order could be found. The RP was heavily intoxicated and was advised to seek an order through Hamilton County court.
22-015711- 4800 BLK Delaware Dr- Unconscious Party- Police responded with EMS to a report of a male party unconscious in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.
22-015720 – 6510 Ringgold Rd- Narcotics- Hotel staff stated a backpack containing narcotics was left in Room #204. Inside the backpack in a small hard glasses case was found containing approximately 5 grams of marijuana, 2 hypodermic needles, a glass pipe with white residue and .4g crystal of suspected methamphetamine. Although no picture ids were found in the backpack, a pack of bank drafts was found in the name of the renter. Warrants were sought.
22-015713- 941 Spring Creek Rd- Fight/Arrest – A patient was being kept on a C.O.N. in the E.R. at Parkridge East Hospital. The patient tried to leave and was agitated and non-compliant. An officer working an extra-duty job at the hospital tried to get the patient back into his room and keep him from leaving. He began resisting and a struggle ensued. After getting the patient detained he was later charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Assault on Police
22-015576 – 1300 BLK Greenwood Dr – Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Chattanooga Police were at this location with a 2016 Buick Cascada that was stolen from Ridgeside on 11/10/2022. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and the owner responded to pick it up.
22-015706 – 3100 BLK Bimini Pl – Aggravated Assault – Police responded to this location for a delayed aggravated assault. The reporting party advised an unknown subject in a gray Honda minivan shot at her 16-year-old son as he was entering their apartment on Saturday evening. Video surveillance showed the subject fire one time at the juvenile before fleeing the area.
22-015717 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Assist Other Agency/Warrant Service – Police responded to the police department for a party wanting to turn himself on Hamilton County warrants. Bryan Cleveland was transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he was served with his warrants.
22-015724 – 1000 block S. Seminole Dr – CPR in Progress/ Narcotics Arrest – Police responded to this location for an unconscious party. On arrival, ERFD was on scene attending to the patient. After administering Narcan to the party, he regained consciousness. A female subject, who claimed to have ridden with the subject to this location, was subsequently arrested for possession of 2.6 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after a K9 sniff alerted to narcotics in the vehicle. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.

22-015738 – 5080 South Terrace – Theft – The reporting party stated she was in theater 10 when the movie ended and left, but forgot her Prada Handbag in the theater. Approximate value of stolen property is $2,500.
22-015746 – 1410 Mack Smith Road. – Medical – A woman called in on her husband, who was intoxicated, stating he was in and out of consciousness. He was cleared by EMS.
No Number – 5076 South Terrace – Field Interview – Contact was made with a male who was found to be in possession of miscellaneous jewelry items and watches which he stated he found on the ground. He asked police to identify as “real gold” before trying to pawn the items later. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
