23-014384 – 5300 BLK Marion Ave – Assist FD – Police responded to this location after observing a large pillar of smoke rise into the air while on a previous call. On arrival, it was found the resident attempted to burn some leaves which then caught his barn on fire. Officer McCloud attempted to extinguish the blaze with the resident’s water hose, however, it was ineffective. Second responders arrived on scene and used the big hose to extinguish the fire.
23-014389 – 4100 BLK Greenbriar Road – Trespass – Following another complaint from the owner of this residence, two parties were both trespassed from this location. The owner has given them until 1630 11/14/23 to vacate the property. They were informed that due to both parties entering the dwelling without the owner’s consent, warrants may be taken out for burglary.
23-014385- 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Unconscious Party/Public Intoxication- A man was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to this location on an unconscious party.
23-014395- 700 BLK State Line Road- Crash with Entrapment- ERPD arrived at a rollover crash with entrapment with final rest in Tennessee but started in Georgia. Power poles energized the vehicle as well as the surrounding fence. GSP worked the crash.
Night Shift November 13
23-014410 – 100 BLK Fawn Drive – Assist Other Agency – Chattanooga Police Department requested ERPD assistance in locating an Aggravated Assault (Domestic) suspect. A pregnant female reported that he had hit her on the head with a firearm near 3rd Street in Chattanooga. ERPD elements checked the home but did not locate the silver Ford Fusion or the suspect. The party has several warrants through Chattanooga and East Ridge.
23-014412 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd – Arrest / Narcotics – Police observed a male sitting in a gold truck behind the restaurant in the overflow parking. The truck was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Upon seeing a male get out of the truck, police observed a cigarette pack lying on the ground. Police checked the cigarette pack and found 4 grams of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia inside it. The male was identified and arrested for the Possession of Methamphetamine.
23-14413 – 1600 BLK S. Seminole Drive – Suspicious Activity – The caller reported multiple individuals outside her home shining flashlights at her windows. Police checked the area and did not locate anyone.
