November 05 – Day Shift
3100 Ringgold Rd-
A vehicle struck two caution lights near the entrance to the tunnel and fled the area. TDOT was notified and responded to the scene to repair the lights. Report on file.
1045 Blanton Drive (Suspicious Activity):
Multiple neighbors have contacted EPRD and ERFD concerning the behavior of a male subject. The neighbors reported that he is a known mental health consumer and has been acting strangely. Requested to increase patrols in the area.

November 05 –Night Shift
6514 Ringgold Road / Traffic stop:
Tony Acuff JR was arrested for expired registration, resisting arrest, possession of schedule VI, DUI, and possession of a handgun while intoxicated, following a traffic stop at this location. After arriving at the police department, Acuff, was able to pull away from officers in an attempt to escape custody. A foot pursuit ensued south into the parking lot of City Hall where Acuff was taken back into custody and charged with escape and theft.
713 S. Moore / Domestic:
Police responded to a fight call at this address. After arriving on scene police, police conducted an investigation, which resulted in Kimberly Briscoe receiving a misdemeanor citation for theft and Hannah Reechia being taken into custody for two counts of domestic assault and one count of simple assault.
5326C Clemons Rd / Theft:
Police responded to this location after a man reported a Bella party he had met on Tinder came to his house for a few hours and left with his prescription eyeglasses. Police have no suspect information at this time. Report on file.
4320 Bennett Rd. / Arrest:
John Doe (aka Alexander Ortiz) was arrested for Driving without a license and speeding.

November 06 – Day Shift
4333 Duvall St/ Found Property:
Individual found a set of Nike Ear Buds while out at Camp Jordan. Property was turned in to the lost and found at the facility.
Chick-fil-A:
639 Camp Jordan Parkway parties were staying in a tent and were asked to leave. Parties left without any further problems.
4145 Ringgold Rd:
Unconscious Person – Police and fire responded to this location on report of an unconscious party passed out on the steering wheel and honking the horn. On arrival, it was found there was no one passed out or in the vehicle, and it was merely having electrical issues

November 06 – Night Shift
500 S Moore Rd (Warrant Arrest 20-014727):
Cortez Roshelle was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants during a traffic stop.
809 Poindexter Ave (Suspicious Activity):
Caller stated they observed a male running back and forth between vehicles and his residence exchanging money. Police spoke with parties at the address who denied any such activity was occurring.
601 Walnut St (20-014728):
Harry Hill was served an arrest warrant at the jail.
722 Bacon Trail (Arrest 20-014734):
Officers responded to apt 37 after the caller stated his neighbor was attempting to enter his apartment. James Sanders was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for Public Intoxication.
6674 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-014735):
Caller stated a male patron at the Roadway Inn was being verbally abusive to staff and other guests. The subject explained to police he was upset over extra charges on his credit card from the motel. He was advised to contact his credit card and dispute the charges.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-014736):
Sabrina Gass was taken into custody for driving while suspended.
3100 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-014737):
Vincente Pelico II was taken into custody for DUI and driving revoked for DUI
3416 Land St (Suspicious Activity 20-014742):
Caller stated multiple vehicles and subjects were coming and going from this address. They thought it seemed suspicious at 02:00 AM. Officers made contact with numerous individuals in several vehicles. They were checked for warrants and freed to go about their business.
3657 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-014742):
Tereza Sebastian was taken into custody for DUI 2nd and driving revoked for DUI.
