The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
October 31 – Day Shift
3295 Gleason Dr-
The complainant advised someone attempted to steal her Jeep Wrangler sometime during the night. Report on file.
1512 Garner St-
The complainant advised someone entered his work van and took several items. Report on file.
201 Eads:
Police stood by while ERFD unlocked a Buick Verano to retrieve a six month old baby locked inside. The car was running and air was on.
6407 Ringgold Rd (Well Being Check):
Christine P. was found sleeping on the sidewalk outside of Portofino’s Restaurant. The woman was found to have several non-extraditable warrants from Catoosa County. She agreed to leave the area and a field interview was completed.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Theft):
The complainant reported that the license tag from his Chevy work van was stolen. The registration tag was entered into NCIC.

October 31 – Night Shift
1000 Greenslake Road/Warrant:
Alexander Watkins was arrested for a Hamilton County warrant during a traffic stop at this location.
601 Walnut St. / Warrant Service:
David Walker Jr. was arrested on warrants for Driving on revoked.
4119 Ealy Road / Loud Music:
Police respond to music coming from inside a duplex. Individuals turned down the music.
6514 Ringgold Road / Shoplifting:
A w/m wearing lt. blue jeans, white shirt, blue mask, and 5’7” stole a 24 pack of 20 oz cans of Bud light.
3916 Fountain Ave / Suspicious Activity:
Police responded to this location after a man advised he was being harassed by a friend. Upon arrival police discovered there were Halloween decorations and candy left in the yard by another party.
100 Interstate 75 SB / MVC Hit and Run:
The complainant reported that he was traveling southbound on I-75 and had merged to the far-right lane at the split. A Chevy 4×4 truck attempted to merge into the lane he was occupying and struck the side of his antique Chevy Panel truck. The tire of the 4 x 4 left rubber print on the driver’s side door and quarter panel. The collision also bent the front bumper. The Chevy 4 x 4 left the scene.
6401 Ringgold Road / Driving Under the Influence:
Police discovered Richard Harris sleeping behind the wheel of his Ford Escape in the drive through line of McDonalds. After police spoke to Mr. Harris, he appeared to be inhibited. Police administered SFST which indicated that Mr. Harris was too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. He was taken into custody for DUI and transported to Hamilton County Jail.

November 01 – Day Shift
5305 Connell St (Warrant Arrest 20-014464):
Charles Robertson was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
4405 Ringgold Rd (Property Damage):
An object was used to bust a window on a work truck.
3725 Fountain Ave Apt 35 (Disorder 20-014469):
Jeramy McGhee was taken into custody for domestic assault following a disorder.
728 Frawley Rd (Odor Investigation 20-014474):
Rp stated she smelled a chemical odor coming from the apartments above hers. Fire and police did not locate anything.
728 Frawley Rd (Suspicious Activity 20-014479):
RP stated several males were attempting to gain access to the burned apartment building. The parties were repairmen working for the apartment complex.
728 Frawley Rd (Disorder 20-014480):
Kenneth Allman arrived at his parent’s apartment and started a disorder over custody issues with his infant child. Allman assaulted his father while he was holding the child and damaged the front door. Warrants are being sought for domestic assault, reckless endangerment and vandalism.

6513 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Person:
John Doe (aka Fain, Seven) was arrested for criminal trespassing after he was told to leave Waffle House but then returned less than 10 minutes later.
4003 Patton Edwards Dr/Warrant Service:
Emily Sells was arrested on an East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
5700 Ringgold Road/Felony Evading:
Police attempted to stop a silver Chevrolet Impala TN 9T76J0, the vehicle stopped but as police approached the vehicle, the vehicle fled eastbound on Ringgold Road. Police then observed the vehicle southbound on San Hsi and then Westbound on Ringgold Road. Officers did not pursue the fleeing vehicle.
