November 24 – Day Shift
4150 Monroe Street (shoplifting):
Sherica Whitener was observed concealing several items at Walmart. Employees confronted the subject and ordered her to leave. Police located her and another woman near Food Lion and conducted a field interview. Walmart declined prosecution and had her trespassed. (21-017002)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Bradley County Jail contacted ERPD and advised Chelsey Smith was ready to be released from their custody. Smith was picked up and transported to Silverdale on seven East Ridge warrants. (21-017014)
6521 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Police came into contact with Daisy Rose Coady who was panhandling. Coady was arrested on an active Floyd County, Georgia warrant and taken to Silverdale. (21-016994)

November 24 – Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith Rd. (Arrest 21-017044):
Demontez Russell was arrested following a police encounter in the parking lot of the Budgetel after he was observed to be passed out in his vehicle. Russell was charged with a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of schedule I for resale, possession of schedule II for resale, possession of schedule VI resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of legend drugs.
3246 Castle Ave (Burglary in Progress 21-017042):
Police responded to this residence regarding a burglary in progress. Upon arriving on scene police cleared the residence and did not locate any persons.

November 25 – Day Shift
6721 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Haley Tweed and Mark Anthony Morrow were criminally trespassed from the Family Dollar after they attempted to steal several items. Both parties are currently residing at Motel 6. (21-017070)
3920 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Daniel Lucas was criminally trespassed from the Dollar General after management observed him urinating outside the business. (21-017054)
3320 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Horatio Williams was arrested from criminal trespass and resisting arrest after refusing to leave the Fabric Care Coin Laundry. (21-017055)
3715 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
A woman with several children was panhandling in the parking lot despite requests by management to cease. Police made contact with the family who were staying at the Cascades. She was advised not to return to the store to ask for money in the future. 21-017063
6708 Ringgold Road (well-being check):
CPD asked ERPD to do a welfare check on a male subject at the Circle K. The man suffers from paranoia and other mental issues. He believed someone was trying to kill him and he had to get out of town. He requested a ride to the Greyhound bus station on 12th Street and was taken there. (21-017078)
138 Margaretta Lane (burglary):
The resident stated she returned home to discover her front door damaged and $300 missing. (21-017079)

November 25 – Night Shift
6514 Ringgold Rd (Drug Arrest/Warrant Service 21-017080 + 21-017087):
Police responded to a reported wanted person at the Mapco. Police made contact with the wanted person, identified as Tyler Abercrombie. Upon making contact with Abercrombie he fled on foot. Abercrombie was given verbal commands to stop before being tased and taken into custody. Abercrombie was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia and was charged accordingly. Applicable reports completed.
1417 St Thomas St (Drug Arrest 21-017094):
Adam Rector was taken into custody for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and altering a license plate during a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 21-017099):
Dustin Everett was served with outstanding East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
Germantown Rd @ Germantown Cir. (Arrest 21-017100):
Vicente Zacarias was taken into custody for DUI, driving with no license, and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility during a traffic stop.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Domestic Disorder 21-016568):
Police responded to the Budgetel Inn for a domestic disorder between a man and a woman. Budgetel Inn staff advised the two parties had been arguing loudly for a long duration of time. Upon obtaining both party’s information, the man was found to have an active East Ridge warrant for aggravated domestic assault. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale without incident.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 21-017086):
An East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias (Driving on Suspended) was served on Jiteshbhai Patel at Hamilton County Jail.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Stolen Auto Recovery 21-017097):
Police discovered a 2002 Lincoln sedan on the lot of Mapco which was freshly reported stolen out of Bradley County earlier that day. Zamuson Forbes was found in possession of the vehicle which belonged to his mother. He was arrested and charged with Theft Over $1000 and Possession of Methamphetamine.
