The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Nov. 23 Day Shift
3949 Ringgold Road (Rock Point Auto)- Vandalism-
The caller advised sometime over the weekend an unknown suspect(s) damaged a front window to the business. While on scene officers located two yellow marbles in the parking lot. There is no video of the incident.
3322 Ringgold Road (R&B Car Wash)- Found Property-
Police met with a man at the police department regarding found property. The man advised on November 22 at approximately 1400 hours, he and his family were cleaning the property of R&B Carwash when they found a large trash bag containing open mail. He advised the mail was taken back to his house where he called the Post Office which was closed at the time. The man stated the open mail contained holiday and birthday cards. He stated that he collected everything of value from the cards to turn in to police. Police took possession of the open mail, four gift cards from various stores, approximately 33 personal checks and $25 in cash which was placed into property and evidence.
894 Belvoir Avenue- Suspicious Activity- The caller advised her neighbor showed her pictures of an unknown person walking on her property on Friday night/Saturday morning. She advised the person in the picture loocked to be an officer. After checking pass along, it was found police responded to the area on a residential burglar alarm.
6800 Ringgold Road (La Quinta Inn #122)- Lost or Stolen Property-
The complainant called to report she left her wallet and cash (150.00) in her motel room after checking out. When she responded back to retrieve the wallet, the money in it was missing. The woman stated she put her wallet in a Zaxby’s bag last night and when she left the motel room this morning, she forgot about her wallet. She called the motel and talked to the clerk. The clerk went to the room and found the Zaxby’s bag still tied in a knot and brought it down to the front desk then placed it in front of the camera. He called the woman, telling her the bag was still in the room and he had it at the front desk. The clerk said he did not open it and the cleaning crew had not made it to her room. When the woman opened the bag, she found her wallet, but the cash was gone. She was advised to get with LaQuinta’s corporate office to see if they could do anything for her. There are no suspects.

Night Shift
400 Camp Jordan Pkwy / Theft from Vehicle:
The complainant called to report that an unknown suspect had broken out the window of his Ford F150 and stolen his backpack which contained his MacBook Pro while he was inside Top Golf. Police spoke to management who advised video footage would be available for police tomorrow. No suspect information at this time.
I75 S on ramp / Traffic Stop:
Jody Davis was taken into custody for DUI, Open Container, and possession of a firearm while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
5301 Ringgold Road/Drug arrest:
Rebecca Robinson was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia at this location during a traffic stop.
501 S. Moore Rd. / Arrest:
Makenzie Dodd was arrested for public intoxication.
