The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” furnished by the administration.
November 18 – Day Shift
21-016675- 1417 Saint Thomas Street- Wellbeing Check/FI-
The caller advised of a homeless male sleeping behind the dumpster at this location. On scene police spoke with the man. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
21-016677- 3709 Ringgold Road- Panhandlers-
The caller advised a male with tattoos on his face was on the lot harassing customers. The subject was not located.
21-016681- 6513 Ringgold Road- Disorder-
Blake Lewis was detained on a county warrant and transported to Silverdale following a disorder with a woman.
21-016682- 639 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a homeless male was sleeping in the lobby. On scene police found Nicholas W. leaving the property. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and sent on his way.
21-016697- 3918 Ringgold Road- Overdose-
The caller advised of a male subject in the store overdosing. On scene, the male subject was found semiconscious. Narcan was administered. He denied medical transport to the hospital.

November 18 – Night Shift
21-016721 – 1503 McDonald Road – (Arrest) –
Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2007 Scion Tc for having a tag that did not match the vehicle. The driver pulled into the back of the Waverly Motel and fled on foot over a fence and through the express stay parking lot. Police apprehended the driver at 6503 Garner Circle as well as the passenger on scene. The driver was identified as Fred Cagle, and the passenger was identified as Dalton Dawdy. The vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Chattanooga and a small amount of Heroin was located inside the vehicle. Cagle was arrested for theft of property, driving on a revoked license for DUI, evading, and possession of schedule I. Dawdy was arrested for Public Intoxication.
21-0167067 4214 Ringgold Road/warrant service / Arrest:
Jordan Burnette was arrested for East Ridge warrants and transported to the Hamilton County jail.
100 Interstate 75 Northbound Arrest (21-016722)
Police arrested Justin Mckelvey for Possession of Meth and Marijuana, driving on revoked for DUI, and reckless driving during a traffic stop at this location.
21-016711- 1600 block John Ross Rd- Suspicious Activity:
The female resident advised a suspicious subject showed up at her house, stating he was a sales associate for ADT. According to the woman, she was wary of the subject due to this being at nighttime and her living alone. She repeatedly asked the subject to leave her property, but he refused to. The woman advised she pushed the subject, and he finally decided to leave. ADT was contacted and advised they do not have any employees or contractors that work after dark and that employees would not stay after being told to leave. The woman described the subject as a male in his 30’s, approximately 5’10, slender build, having thin-framed glasses, and shaggy brown hair. The subject was driving a dark blue older model four-door sedan. There was a delay of approximately 30 minutes before the woman called police. The area was checked with negative results.
21-016719- Ridgefield @ S. Seminole- Suspicious vehicle/AOA:
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind 3200 Ringgold Rd. The occupant was identified as Tracy Knox. During the course of the interaction, it became clear that the vehicle was related to a BOLO from Chattanooga earlier in the night regarding an aggravated domestic and possible abduction. Knox was detained, and CPD responded to take primary.

November 19 – Day Shift
3700 block Frawley Road (warrant service):
Brandon Summers was arrested on an out of state fugitive warrant and taken to jail. (21-016746)
I-75 Welcome Center (suspicious activity):
Welcome Center security called police about people living out of a vehicle on the state’s property. When police arrived two adult males, one adult female and one child fled into the surrounding woods. The woman, Stephanie Curlis, and her seven-year-old daughter returned to the car. Curlis was arrested on active Hamilton County warrants and for possession of drug paraphernalia. The child was turned over to a responsible party, and CPS was notified. Police could not locate the two males in the woods. (21-016732)

November 19 – Night Shift
403 McBrien Rd. (arrest 21-016769):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a possible unconscious male. Upon arrival, police made contact with Jacob Davenport. He was taken into custody for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3400 Gail Dr (arrest 21-016780):
Patrick Brown was arrested for possession of schedule ll and reckless driving following a traffic stop at this location.
600 block Layfield Rd (Miscellaneous 21-016771):
Police responded to a harassment call at this location. The caller advised they found a female laying on the side of the road. Investigation revealed a possible sexual assault had taken place at a residence nearby. Report on file with information forwarded to criminal investigations.
4214 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 21-016779):
Caylea Iremonger was served with East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
6519 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-016781):
Higinio Castellanos Reyes was arrested at Super 8 for Public Intoxication after causing a disorder with motel staff and refusing to leave.
