The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
November 11 – Day Shift
807 S Seminole Drive – Agg Assault 21-016323:
Joshua Bassham was arrested for aggravated assault
106 Fawn Dr (vandalism) 21-016314:
Reporting party said that an unknown party scratched up the passenger side door of his 2004 silver GMC Sierra while it was parked in front of his girlfriend’s residence sometime between 1800 and 2300hrs on 11/09/2021. The RP had no suspect information.
106 Fawn Dr (criminal trespass) 21-016319:
Police responded back to this location in reference to a disorder. The resident advised her deceased husband’s brother was at her residence and she wanted him to leave. The husband’s brother stated he came to the property to retrieve his personal effects that his brother kept for him before he went to prison. The resident advised those items were not at the home and she wanted the man trespassed from the property. The man stated he understood and asked for transport to the Community Kitchen, which was granted.
4150 Monroe/Theft 21-016326:
The complainant opted to get $60 cash from the self-checkout machine at Walmart. Unfortunately, he forgot the money and went out to his car briefly. Almost immediately, another customer grabbed the money and concealed it in his hand. The suspect, who was wearing dark clothing and a camo hat, was recorded on security cameras as was his declined credit card. Walmart provided a photo of the suspect as he left the store. The complainant wishes to prosecute.
90 block S. Seminole/Domestic Assault 21-016336: The victim and his soon to be ex-boyfriend got into a physical confrontation over accusations as the ex-boyfriend was trying to move out. The ex-boyfriend initially fled the scene, but officers located him with the help of concerned neighbors that heard the initial fight. The ex-boyfriend was taken into custody and charged with Domestic Assault.

November 11 – Night Shift
3400 Bennett Rd (Arrest 21-016347):
Josue Miguel Tomas was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias (Driving On Suspended) following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-016351):
Laurel Conner was taken into custody on four ERPD warrants. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale to be booked on these charges.
Sheridan Rd (Domestic Assault 21-016335):
Police made contact with a female who advised she had been assaulted by her husband. She was treated for minor injuries by EMS on scene. Warrants are being sought against the husband for domestic assault.
1503 McDonald Rd (Arrest 21-016358):
Police conducting a business check at the Waverly and encountered a vehicle reported stolen. Police conducted a knock and talk at a room and encountered Ronald Neely, who stated the vehicle was his. Neely was found to be in possession of the keys as well as methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Neely was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
941 Springcreek Rd (Backup EMS 21-016343):
Police responded to Parkridge East Hospital for a violent patient. When officers arrived they were able to speak with the subject, who suffers from multiple personality disorder. With the assistance of police the hospital staff were able to calm him and provide him with medication.
800 block S Seminole (Warrant Service 21-014711, 21-014929, 21-014930):
Officers attempted to make contact with a party known to visit this residence who had multiple warrants. Once given consent to enter the house by a resident, police located the wanted subject hiding behind a door. He was transported to Parkridge East Hospital for ingesting a fentanyl pill prior to police contact. Once he was medically cleared he was transported to Silverdale without incident.
1200 McBrien Rd (Stolen Vehicle 21-016353):
Police located a stolen vehicle at the Walgreens. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the 1200 block of McBrien Road. A search of the vehicle yielded multiple narcotics and paraphernalia items. The driver, Ashlae Stinnett, was arrested for theft of property, possession of meth for resale, possession of schedule IV for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in possession of meth, driving on suspended, and introducing contraband into a corrections facility.
1200 McBrien Rd (Drug Arrest 21-016355):
Krystal Hudson, a passenger in a stolen Ford sedan, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

November 12 – Day Shift
21-016361- 3900 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Deana Herrera was arrested for driving on revoked license. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.
21-016368- 1007 Floyd Drive- Auto Theft-
The resident reported his 2016 white Ford Transit van stolen. He advised his vehicle was at his address on Saturday November 6, at around 1500 hours and he noticed it missing on Monday November 8, at around 1700 hours. The resident advised he spoke with his neighbors and they told him they saw two males and one female working on the vehicle on that Saturday but did not see them take it. The resident stated there are no identifying marks or damage on the vehicle, but the battery was not working so the van did not run.
21-016379- 4319 Esterbrook Drive- Fight-
The caller advised two boys were fighting in the area. On scene police did not locate anyone fighting.
21-016381- 1416 Mana Lane- Assault-
The caller advised he was assaulted at this location. On scene police were unable to determine a primary aggressor. The two males separated.

6000 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Drugs:
Police arrested Jerry Bolton at this location following a traffic stop for possession of Methamphetamine
4300 block Greenbriar Road / Sexual Assault:
Police were notified of a rape that took place around the 4300 block of Greenbriar Road. Police met with the victim. She advised she was kidnapped out of Chattanooga from Miller Park and brought to East Ridge and was raped inside the home of an unknown male subject. Police contacted CID and took appropriate action. Charges may be pending upon further investigation.
21-016392 420 S Lovell Ave. / Theft:
Police responded to this location in reference to two bicycles being stolen from the yard in the last 48 hours. Report on file.
Ringgold at Truman / Evading: (21-016385)
Police attempted a traffic stop on a black Nissan Murano after observing it to have a head light out. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed into Georgia. Police deactivated emergency lights and allowed the suspect to safely flee from police. The vehicle displayed a tag of 96AH79 which returned to a white Cadillac.
3600 Wimberly / Evading: (21-016397)
Police attempted a traffic stop at this location on a newer white Ford Escape with an expired temporary registration after observing it being involved in short term traffic at the Cascades. The vehicle fled north onto Wimberly and then west onto Sales. Police deactivated emergency lights and did not pursue the vehicle. Due to the area having a lot of dead end roads police checked the area and a few moments later saw the vehicle traveling on Weldon towards Wimberly at a high rate of speed.
411 Dunlap Ave (Overdose/Arrest 21-016395):
Officers responded to 411 Dunlap Avenue in reference to a male subject who was in and out of consciousness. EMS arrived on scene and administered Narcan to him. He advised he had smoked heroin earlier in the day but refused transportation to the hospital. After being cleared by EMS he consented to a search of his person and his immediate belongings which resulted in the discovery of two baggies of methamphetamine.
3725 Fountain Ave, (Aggravated Burg 21-016401)
A third party called in a verbal altercation between a male and a female that was rapidly escalating. According to the third party who wished to remain anonymous, the male party climbed onto the balcony of the apartment and broke the glass. Upon arrival the occupant of the apartment was identified. The male subject left approximately ten minutes prior to units arriving. The occupant advised that the subject in question was her ex-boyfriend and she had known him for approximately one year. Despite being in a relationship with him for a year she was unable to give a name other than “Phoenix.” She made inconsistent statements about “Phoenix” and refused to give his phone number or any pictures of him from social media.
