Day Shift October 30
24-013827 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Police responded to a report of inappropriate behavior involving an individual who was observed recording a bartender without consent. When police confronted the man, he admitted to filming the bartender and agreed to delete the videos. Officers witnessed him delete the content and the manager subsequently had him trespassed from the premises. He understood and acknowledged that he could be arrested if he returns.
24-013814 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Burglar Alarm – Officers responded to this location regarding a burglar alarm. No signs of forced entry were observed, and the building was secure.
24-013826 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Abandoned Child – Officers responded regarding two juveniles who entered the business with no guardian. Both juveniles were located at another business across the street along with the juvenile’s parents.
24-013830 – 6900 BLK Glen Errol Way – Harassment – Police responded to this address for a harassment report. The caller alleged she had an oral agreement with a party for hair services in exchange for furniture, but the agreement fell apart due to dissatisfaction with the results. The suspect had since engaged in persistent harassment through text messages, social media, and in-person visits to her home. Officers advised the complainant to cease communication and block the offending party, noting that the contract dispute is a civil matter to be resolved in court.
Night Shift October 30
24-013838 – 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road – Traffic Control – Residents of Landsdell Park Neighborhood requested police assistance due to improper parking on Hurst Street by attendees of a Halloween event. Attendees received a 15-minute warning to move their vehicles before towing. All cooperated, and no vehicles were towed.
24-013840 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested by Chattanooga PD for Petition to Revoke warrants out of East Ridge and was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
24-013846 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A subject was served with an outstanding East Ridge warrant for driving on a revoked license at Hamilton County Jail.
Day Shift October 31
24-013858 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Theft – Officers responded to this location after the reporting party stated she was informed by an acquittance her vehicle was missing. Upon further investigation, the vehicle had been taken by an unknown party and was observed at several different locations. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.
24-013868 – 1100 BLK Sewanee Drive – Suspicious Activity – The RP at the listed address called in saying the neighboring apartments door had been left open and neighbor had not been home all day. Police searched the residence with negative findings before securing the door.
Night Shift October 31
24-013887 – S Seminole/Old Ringgold Rd – Aggravated Carjacking/AOA – East Ridge Officers were notified that CPD Baker Channel was currently in pursuit of a carjacking suspect. ERPD assisted with the search for a suspect after the vehicle crashed on Old Ringgold Rd and South Seminole. One suspect was taken into custody, the other was a male who fled Northwest on foot. Chattanooga K9 and drone were deployed. THP completed the crash and property report.
24-013884 – 6200 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder after a party attempted to repossess her 1998 GMC Yukon from two other individuals. Police provided presence and disorder prevention while parties renegotiated their lease terms. Parties were released from the scene with written terms.
24-013894 – 5300 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious person – A caller advised of a male standing in her yard and appeared to be dancing. Officers found the male subject laying in the middle of the roadway with no shirt on rolling around. Police attempted to ask the subject if he was ok, but he would not answer any questions. The male was transported by EMS for an evaluation.
