Day Shift May 8
24-005868 – 3200 BLK Gleason Drive– Suspicious Activity – The resident contacted police after she noticed her doorknob came loose. She advised it was loose when she left home, but it appeared more so than she remembered. Police found no evidence consistent with a burglary attempt.
24-005876 – 1400 BLK Melody Lane – Miscellaneous Complaint – A party contacted police inquiring if he needed to register a pistol his father owned prior to passing away. He was told he did not need to register the firearm.
24-005874 – 1300 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Suspicious Person – Officers were called to report a suspicious person walking on Saint Thomas Street. The party was verified as a known resident of the area.
24-005875 – 200 BLK Eads Street – Noise Complaint – A caller reported hearing a sound like loud buzzing for the past several hours. It was later determined to be the year of the Cicada.
24-005886 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Warrant.
24-005858 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – The caller informed police that a former employee of his possibly entered his home and stole a Milwaukee book bag full of tools (estimated value $500) and a black motorcycle helmet estimated to be valued at $150. He also informed the officer of his bike being stolen as well but could not say the suspect had taken it.
24-005864 – 5700 BLK Roper Street– Domestic Assault – The caller reported her boyfriend assaulted her in his pickup truck after the two were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. The suspect left the scene prior to police arrival and a warrant for Domestic Assault will be sought.
Night Shift May 8
24-005904 – 5300 BLK Greenbriar Road – Overdose – ERPD and ERFD responded to a seizure that was upgraded to CPR in progress. ERFD administered Narcan to the female on scene. The woman regained consciousness immediately following the Narcan being administered.
