The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
May 6 Day Shift
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Delayed Assault-
Police arrived and spoke with a male subject. He had visible signs of assault about his body. He had scratches on his face, a swollen nose, swollen jaw and an apparent broken finger. He stated the incident happened in “Downtown” Chattanooga. He was uncooperative and stated he did not wish to speak with police about the incident.
1511 McDonald Road- Theft from a Vehicle-
Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who advised that some time on an unknown day or time, an unknown subject removed the license plate (TN 8C36H8) from her 2000 white, GMC Safari van. The complainant did not have any suspect information. While police were having the tag entered in NCIC, it was discovered the registration had been checked by Walker County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 2211hrs on 05/04/2020. Police contacted Walker County dispatch and asked if they were able to provide any details for the inquiry on the registration, but they were not. The license plate was entered in NCIC.
3508 Ringgold Road (Walgreens)- Shoplifting-
An employee advised around 1330 hours this date, an unknown black female with multiple facial piercings, and purple hair, came into the business and put several items into a shopping basket and exited the store without paying for the items. The employee stated an unknown male came in later and advised the unknown suspect went into room #28 at the Cascades with the items. Police responded to the Cascades motel but were unsuccessful in locating anyone matching the above description. The employee stated that they did not want to prosecute but did want the suspect criminally trespassed from the store if she is able to be identified.
4227 Ringgold Road (First Bank)- Hold Up Alarm-
Upon arrival police spoke with employees. They advised the alarm was a malfunction and are waiting on a technician from the alarm company to repair the issue.
6708 Ringgold Road (Circle K)- Disorder-
The caller advised a white female in a silver Nissan attempted to steal his wallet after he refused to give her money. Both parties had left the area before police arrival. The suspect reportedly fled toward Georgia.
500 blk of South Seminole Drive- Traffic Stop/FI-
Police conducted a traffic stop with a white motorcycle traveling northbound on South Seminole Drive. The driver was identified and it was discovered that he had a non-extradition arrest warrant for drug paraphernalia in Ohio.
782 Marley Way – Suspicious Activity –
After clearing a call at the Belvoir apartments, police observed a juvenile female opening a mailbox and appeared to be looking inside it. Contact was made with her and another female juvenile who claimed that they were attempting to use the mailbox to setup a cell phone to take a “selfie”. Both parties’ information was documented, and they were sent on their way.

Night Shift
4340 Ringgold Rd/ Theft:
Police received additional evidence in a Food Lion shop lifting case. The evidence was submitted into evidence.
1609 Mack Smith Rd (vandalism):
Christy McIntire was taken into custody for burning deer heads that belongs to the resident.
4115 East Ridge Dr.
Officers assisted Hamilton County civil Process with an attempt to serve Richard Cox with an order of protection. Cox was not on scene. Officers found that Cox had active warrants for his arrest. Cox returned to the address a short time later and officers responded to try and take him into custody. Cox fled prior to our arrival. Officers spent some time in the area looking for Cox. But officers were unsuccessful in capturing him. Last sighting was in the area of Ridge Loans/Walmart parking lot.
1161 Tamarack Trl / warrant service:
Michael Tilley was arrested on two warrants after police receive suspicious persons calls in the area.
