May 26 – Day Shift
23-006409- 2000 BLK Prigmore Road- Traffic Crash/DUI Arrest- A woman was arrested and charged with DUI following a traffic crash at this location.
23-006411- 100 BLK Atomic Ridge- Disorder- The caller advised her friend was being held against her will at this address. On scene all parties appeared intoxicated. The female left with her friend.
23-006421- 100 BLK Douglas Drive- Warrant Service- A man was taken into custody and served with two East Ridge warrants at his residence.
23-006424- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Warrant Service/Overdose- Two men were transported to Silverdale on various Hamilton County and Catoosa County warrants.
May 26 – Night Shift
23-006465 – Bennett Rd / Ridgefield Cir – Traffic Stop – Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop on a Blue Volkswagen. Police ran the driver for warrants. He was taken into custody on a warrant for Driving on revoked out-of-session court.
23-006469 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – While patrolling, police were alerted by the LPR System of a wanted individual. Officers found the man in his motel room and took him into custody on several felony warrants out of Walker County, Georgia.
May 27 – Day Shift
23-006478- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Found Property- The caller advised he was walking his dog in the courtyard area and found some wadded up bills laying on the ground. He tried contacting the main office but they were closed. ERPD has possession of it at this time. The money was placed into P&E.
23-006484- 800 BLK Merrimac Drive- Assault- Officers spoke with the complainant who advised that her friend assaulted her unprovoked. The friend was not at the residence when police arrived. The complainant was advised of the actions available to her through the court and was provided the complaint number for her to apply for an order of protection.
May 27 – Night Shift
23-006491 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Rd – Disorder – Officers arrived on scene to find a female patient causing a disturbance in the emergency room by screaming and cursing. The female also spit in the faces and attempted to bite several nurses. All nurses chose not to pursue charges, but warrants were sought for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. She is currently admitted to the ICU. Warrants have been signed and are in the records office.
23-006497 – 1300 BLK W End Ave – Burglary in Progress – A man was taken into custody for aggravated criminal trespass after he was observed on security camera footage walking around the yard of this address and then opening the front door while the residents were not home.
23-006498 – 5300 BLK Spriggs Street – Suspicious Vehicle-Impounded-Drugs – Police responded to this location for a suspicious vehicle complaint. Upon investigation, police observed the Tennessee license plate reported as stolen and placed on a Honda Accord (black in color). Inside the vehicle were drugs, a measuring scale, and a large sum of cash with the vehicle locked. Due to not being able to properly identify the owner of the vehicle, police had it towed and impounded to the East Ridge Impound lot. Police removed the stolen license plate and placed it into property.
23-006506 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Chattanooga Police talked with a woman on a traffic stop and found she had an Alias Capias warrant for Driving on Suspended. Police responded to the scene, took her into custody, and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-006508 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Arrest – Following a traffic stop, a man was arrested for resisting arrest, tampering with evidence, and a seat belt violation.
May 28 – Day Shift
23-006514- Reeves Avenue @ Crabtree Drive- Noise Complaint- The caller advised of a loud rooster in the area. Police checked the surrounding neighborhoods but could not pinpoint the bird’s location. Animal Control was notified through email.
23-006515- 400 BLK Pine Bluff Drive- Vandalism- The caller advised sometime around 2330 hours the night before he and his family members heard what they thought was a loud explosion coming from the front yard. While police conducted the investigation it was noticed a red paper rapper with multiple fireworks laying around in the grass. There is no suspect information at this time.
23-006523- 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Drug Arrest- A subject was arrested on drug charges and transported to Silverdale. The party also had extraditable Catoosa County warrants.
23-006524- 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Vehicle Burglary- Police spoke with the victim outside of the Camp Jordan Arena where he was attending a local gun show. He advised he had bought several items at the show and had taken them back to his car. Sometime after that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and took a Thor ATM Thermal scope, a leather Galco shoulder holster, four sets of rifle sights, and five pistol cases. Total value is about $800. There are no serial numbers available for the scope or other items.
May 28 – Night Shift
23-006537 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Stolen Registration-Recovery-Drug Arrest – After receiving a LPR Hit of a Stolen Registration in the 600 block of Camp Jordan Parkway, a suspect was found in the vehicle that the stolen registration was affixed to. He was arrested for Theft of Property, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering With Evidence.
23-006539 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person-Arrest – Police were called for a suspicious person at the restaurant. He was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-006549 – 500 BLK S. Germantown Road – Assist other Agency-Pursuit – A black Dodge Charger matching the description of a shooting suspect was observed traveling at a high rate of speed and running a red light. The vehicle refused to stop for emergency equipment. The pursuit was terminated due to public safety reasons. The vehicle was later stopped by Chattanooga Police Department.
23-006550 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Arrest-Traffic – A woman was arrested for Driving While License Revoked, Suspended for DUI during a traffic stop.
23-006552 – 1000 BLK S. Seminole Drive – Disorder-Arrest – A female juvenile was found walking and yelling at this location while refusing to go with her mother. The female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after refusing to obey her mother and go in the apartment.
May 29 – Day Shift
23-006574 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Evading – Police located a silver BMW at this location displaying TN registration. The vehicle fled from police at a high rate of speed. Officers identified the driver who was located at his residence on Dodds Avenue by the Chattanooga Police Department and taken into custody by East Ridge Police for Felony Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Driving Without a License, Violation of an Order of Protection, and Theft of Property. The man was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-006563 – 1400 BLK Reeves Ave – Noise Complaint – The resident at this location called to complain about a rooster crowing behind his residence at another home. He was referred to East Ridge Animal Services to seek resolution of his issue.
No Number – 6800 BLK Ringgold Rd – BOLO – Police were advised of a red Honda HRV with coming into TN from GA and driving all over the roadway/possibly intoxicated. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on Swope Rd. Upon speaking with the driver it was found she was being attacked by a spider and she was not impaired.

23-006598 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest/DUI – Following a consensual encounter at this location a man was taken into custody for Driving under the influence – second offense, Unlawful drug paraphernalia, and Possession of Schedule II (Methamphetamine).
23-006590 – 5300 BLK Spriggs Street – Fight – Police responded in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival a primary aggressor could not be determined. All opposing subjects were separated.
