May 22 – Day Shift
4127 Briar Street (residential/auto burglary):
The resident reported that sometime after midnight an unknown suspect entered his unlocked car and took a set of keys for his job at Chattanooga Christian Academy and then entered his home and stole a set of car keys as well as his wallet. $300 of charges have been made to his debit card. 629 S. Sweetbriar Road (auto burglary):
The resident’s vehicle was entered overnight, and a set of house keys were stolen. (21-007109)

May 22 – Night Shift
3805 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-007135):
Police responded to reports of a disorder between a customer who claimed the dog he brought into the restaurant was a service dog and other patrons. The dog owner produced documentation on the service capability of the canine.
3600 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-007139):
James Dillon was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
1052 S Seminole (Fight 21-007145):
Officers responded to reports of multiple parties fighting in the yard of this address. LaKendra Evans was taken into custody for assault. LaShonda Helton was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. Both were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1052 S Seminole (Domestic Assault 21-007148):
Police made an almost immediate return trip to this address. Deangelo Fleetwood was taken into custody for assaulting his 11-year-old son.
1052 S Seminole (Mental Health 21-007149):
While dealing with the domestic assault at this address officers were approached by a party stating he was in mental health crisis. The male subject was found to have active warrants through Hamilton County. He was detained on the county warrants and transported to the jail.
912 Donaldson (Disorder/Arrests 21-007156/21-007159):
Police responded to a disorder involving multiple parties at this location. Officers learned Kenya Jones and another woman had been in a verbal disorder over the father of their children, Virgil Kyner. The disorder evolved into Jones throwing an open bottle of bleach into a car driven by the woman. The bleach covered the woman and three children riding in the vehicle. First aid was administered by officers until the scene was secure for EMS. Jones was taken into custody for assault, three counts of especially aggravated child endangerment and vandalism. Kyner returned to the scene during the investigation and was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants. Rose Sales, another involved party, was found to have warrants through Hamilton County. She was detained and transported to the jail.
4200 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-007158):
Willie Edwards was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants during a traffic stop.
900 Spring Creek Rd (Arrest 21-007164):
Jade Case was taken into custody for possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop. She also had warrants through Hamilton County for narcotics violations. An additional vehicle, traveling behind the vehicle Case was driving, fled police at a high rate of speed. The vehicle that fled is a white Cadillac sedan with a missing rear windscreen.

3700 B Fountain Avenue (arrest): (arrest)
Sammie Christian was taken into custody for violation of conditions of release. (21-007182)
1014 John Ross Road (vehicle burglaries):
The reporting party stated all five buses parked at East Ridge Elementary had been broken into, and five Motorola APX 1500 radios, valued at $15,000 had been stolen. The school principal was notified and will be reviewing video footage. (21-007192)
1517 Tombras Avenue (animal call):
A citizen located an injured cat behind the library, and Animal Services collected it. (no number)
5310 Marion Avenue (aggravated burglary):
The resident left several power tools in his pickup truck over the weekend and found them missing yesterday evening. (21-007178)
4214 Ringgold Road (mental illness):
A male subject, who is homeless, came to the station to report being constantly followed by numerous people. He was taken to Joe Johnson. (21-007183)

3907 Wimberly Dr (Theft 21-007196):
The reporting party stated his trailer had been stolen sometime on May 20,2021.
5700 Roper St (Domestic Assault 21-007197):
James Parks was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault after choking his ex-girlfriend.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 21-007198):
Kenneth Oliver was arrested on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
3406 Ten Oaks (Domestic Assault 21-007203):
Brandon Adams was taken into custody for domestic assault after an altercation with his father.
3700 Fountain Ave (Arrest 21-007204):
Sammy Christian was taken into custody for the second time on this date for violating conditions of release.
5394 Reneau Way (Suspicious Activity 21-007211):
The reporting party stated they had observed two subjects, one on a bicycle and one walking through the neighborhood, at approximately 01:30 AM. Police responded and did not locate anyone.
90 Interstate 75N (AOA Warrant 21-007210):
While checking a hazard on the interstate police made contact with Marquise Millsap. Millsap was found to have active warrants through Hamilton County for possession of methamphetamine. He was detained and transported to the jail.
3600 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-007212):
Pedro Garcia Gonzalez was taken into custody for DUI 3rd and driving while revoked for DUI.
