Day Shift May 1
24-005496- 700 BLK Frawley Road- Accidental Overdose- Police responded with ERFD and EMS on an overdose at this location. Officers stood by while EMS handled the call.
5500- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Attempted Theft- The caller advised a male was attempting to steal clothing. Police encountered the suspect in the business. An FI was completed.
Night Shift May 1
24-005531 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police contacted a male subject who appeared to be sleeping in a vehicle in the hotel lot. Following the encounter, he was taken into custody.
24-005529 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Rd—Disorder – Police responded to a disorder complaint at the gas station. The RP left the scene, but the suspicious party remained. Police spoke with the man who stated he was trying to get assistance to fill up his gas tank in his motorcycle. He was dismissed from the scene after dispatch confirmed he had no active warrants.
24-005514 – 3400 BLK Lisa Drive – Harassment – Police responded to a harassment call. The caller alleged that her ex-boyfriend was in violation of a Protective Order. She provided officers with text messages from the suspect in which he utilized different phone numbers. A warrant will be sought for violation of a PO.
24-005528 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – While patrolling the 3300 block of Ringgold Rd police observed an active disorder between a man and woman. The woman’s behavior was consistent with someone high on methamphetamines. She was arrested for Public Intoxication and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
24-005523 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Rd – Theft- Police responded to this address regarding a theft. Upon arrival police met with the complaint who stated between the hours of 1500 and 1600 a red and black 110cc motorcycle valued at $900 was taken from his back porch. There Is no suspect information currently. Report on file.
24-005511 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane – Disorder – The caller advised that her 15-year-old sister had been taking her mom’s vehicle and was joyriding. Police spoke to the mother, and she declined to press charges. Police spoke with the juvenile about the dangers of taking someone’s car without permission.
