May 18, Day Shift
23-006055- Crabtree Drive @ South Seminole Drive- Shots Fired/Road Rage- Multiple callers advised of hearing several gunshots at this location. While en route dispatch advised a victim was located on Melody Lane. On scene police spoke with the victim. He advised a male in a dark colored Honda shot at his vehicle during a road rage incident. A short time later the suspect vehicle was located at 3400 Gail Drive and the driver was located. This incident is still under investigation.
23-006049- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Disorder- The caller advised the guest was refusing to leave. On scene police spoke with the female. She decided to leave the room.
23-006054- 3700 BLK of Fountain Avenue- Fight- The caller advised several children were fighting at the bus stop. On scene officers located two juveniles that appeared to be on the receiving end of the attack. After speaking with them police located the other half of the incident. His story was very different from the other juveniles. Report on file.
23-006059- 900 BLK Donaldson Road- Domestic Assault- A woman was arrested and charged with domestic assault after police determined she was the aggressor in this incident. She was transported to Silverdale.
Night Shift
23-006069 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person/Narcotics – Police sent for a party on the property with verified warrants. Police found him and a woman in one of the rooms. During handcuffing, narcotics and paraphernalia were in plain view in the hotel room. The wanted party ingested fentanyl and was transported for medical clearance. A consensual search of the room located a resale amount of fentanyl. A vehicle previously operated by him was seized for later search with search warrant due to paraphernalia and residue in plain view. Officer to obtain warrants.
23-006082 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd – Disorder with a Weapon – Police were called here for a disorder where the suspect and victim had left the scene. Moments later police discovered the victim and suspect at the Frawley apartments. Both were arrested for various charges. A woman was arrested for domestic assault, leaving the scene of a crash and other related charges. A man was arrested for a felon in possession of a firearm and other related charges.
23-006070- 3100 BLK Ringgold Road – Crash-No Injuries-Arrest-DUI – Police responded to this location regarding a vehicle crashing inside the tunnels. Police made contact with the driver and observed the driver to be intoxicated. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for Driving under the influence and open container. CPD arrived on the scene and advised ERPD vehicle had been involved in a hit-and-run. The driver was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
23-006073 – 1400 BLK St. Thomas Street – Disorder-Arrest – A woman was arrested for Criminal Trespass after she refused to leave the property. She had been given all day to find a ride and did not comply.
23-006075 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Auto Theft – The victim parked near the fair and when he returned he found his vehicle missing. The victim was late on his payments and believed the vehicle was repossessed. The vehicle was not reported to dispatch on the repo log. This vehicle has been entered as stolen.
23-006077 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Warrant Service – Police were called here for a disorder. Upon arrival police discovered one party to have a full extraditable warrant from Florida. He was taken to jail without incident.
