May 13 – Day Shift
201 Eads Street
A juvenile who was listed as missing/runaway on 5-12-22 at this location, returned home this date. She was removed from NCIC.
201 Eads Street
On a return trip to the same location, the earlier listed juvenile was taken into custody for vandalism and transported to JDU.
5301 Ringgold Rd-
Walgreen’s staff reported that $2,600 had been stolen from the store during a phone scam. Report on file.
4320 Bennett Rd-
Police stood by at ERHS while fire investigated smoke coming from one of the HVAC units. The power was cut to the unit and school was resumed. No injuries or any other damage noted.
6300 block Ringgold Rd-
Austin Hartley was taken into custody for violation of an order of protection, after calling his former girlfriend several times.
McBrien at South Terrace-
Officers assisted Chattanooga PD with a crash/hit and run at this location. CPD was able to take the suspect into custody. While on scene, officers were flagged down for a 6-year-old having a seizure. EMS staff already on scene took care of the child and she was transported to Erlanger.

May 13 – Night Shift
22-006800: 100 Bimini Place / Person Shot / Misc. Report:
Officers responded to a person shot at the Bimini Place apartments. Officers arrived on the scene and could not find evidence of a shooting or a victim. Dispatch believed the caller to be intoxicated. After all efforts to find a victim had been exhausted, officers returned to service.
1050 Hibbler Cir (Disorder 22-006786):
Police were called to this location in reference to a neighborly dispute regarding dogs without leashes. Police aided and took a report.
330 East View Dr (Fight call 22-006789):
Police were dispatched to this location in reference to a large fight. However, Police learned the altercation was verbal only between several intoxicated family members.
Edwards Terrace (Domestic assault 22-006798):
Police arrested Margaret Smith after she became intoxicated and assaulted her husband.
631 Camp Jordan Parkway (Fight 22-006801):
Police were dispatched to this location in response to a fight between approximately 14 people. Upon arrival, all parties had fled the scene. A report was completed to document the incident.
5700 block State Line Road (Overdose 22-006802):
Police responded to this location in reference to a suspected drug overdose. Police administered Narcan to a male subject, who regained consciousness but refused medical transport on scene. A report was completed.
2000 block Lee Street (Domestic Assault 22-006797):
Police were dispatched to this location in response to a Domestic Assault. Police determined that Riley Odmann had assaulted his ex-girlfriend. Odmann fled the scene prior to police arrival. Warrants for Aggravated Burglary, Domestic Assault, Interference with 911, and Theft are being sought for Odmann.
1410 Mack Smith Rd/ drugs for resale/ possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony (22-006799):
During a traffic stop at this location, Police discovered Cortez Beach was in possession of a handgun as well as nearly and ounce of marijuana.

Jane Doe (Hispanic Female) (AKA Sindy Bautista) was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
7609 Standifer Gap Road / Arrest-Warrant:
Christopher Olin Claridy was arrested on warrants for Evading Arrest, Driving on Revoked (DUI), and Financial Responsibility. Claridy was transported to Silverdale Workhouse by another agency. 21-010391

May 14 – Day Shift
22-006818- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Delayed Shoplifting-
Police were dispatched to the business regarding a delayed theft. On scene the caller advised on 5-11-22 at around 2011 hours, an unknown male entered the store and took 10 “Lews” brand fishing reels from a display and fled the store without paying for the items. The items were valued at $1,297. There is no other suspect information.
22-006834- 4320 Bennett Road- Simple Assault-
The caller advised basketball parents were fighting in the gym. On scene police spoke with both parties involved and several witnesses. No one was charged due to several conflicting stories. Report on file.
